An excellent introduction to foods of this area. Sveva, our guide, was wonderful - she was born and raised in the area, had a thorough knowledge of the origins of various cuisines, and she put together an array of samplings covering the city. Very enjoyable and well worth doing!

This experience told the story of the culture and how it evolved over time. Teresa was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had. The accompanying e-book was also a nice touch! I would give more stars if I could! This was such an enjoyable experience! Our guide Sveva was amazing! She communicated well and was able to accommodate mine and others food allergies at all the stops! She picked amazing locations to try and kept us in the shade. 10000% recommend!

A great introduction to food in Trieste. Started off with a glass of wine and a meatball and fried zucchini at a traditional buffet Then two more stops with food and wine. And last stop espresso and dessert. A full morning learning about the local cuisine. Theresa was a great guide.
