The vehicle comfortably accommodated all 7 passengers along with 20 pieces of luggage. However, due to the additional 5 pieces of luggage beyond the vehicle's capacity, your group chose to take an additional taxi for the remaining luggage. The assigned vehicle fulfilled the booked passenger capacity, and the transfer service was successfully completed. Our private transfer service includes a pre-arranged pickup, meet-and-greet at the cruise terminal, and a dedicated vehicle assigned exclusively to your booking. Therefore, two officially licensed vehicles are legally required. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly before your transfer. We would also like to clarify that the two vehicles assigned to your booking were pre-arranged specifically for your group. They were not random taxis hailed at the cruise port. Our drivers were waiting for you at the agreed meeting point and transported your group directly to the airport as booked. Our private transfer service includes a dedicated pre-booked pickup, meet-and-greet, luggage assistance, and guaranteed transportation at the scheduled time. While the vehicles are officially licensed Barcelona taxis, they are assigned exclusively to your booking and are not shared with other passengers.
