Not a happy customer First had the wrong flight # from Philadelphia. Even th en there was only one flight for the day which arrived 2 hours late . We had to take cab to hotel
Excellent service. Good communication from the driver as to pick up and we arrived timely. He was very professional and helpful with luggage as well. It made getting to CDG Airport hassle free. Would recommend using a car service.
This transfer didn’t happen. I arrived on 6/25 on time 9:30 am but because passport control was down/out service they had to do every passenger manually there were at least 4-5 flight that arrived at the same time and it took two and half hours to get through passport control. My driver had to leave to pick up another passenger. I called the Viator in Paris and no one picked up, I sent a message and no one replied. I called the US number in the states spoke to Richard and he said he called and no one answered. After three hours I had no choice but to get a taxi. That cost me 140€. I requested a refund and was denied. I will finish out my already booked tours for the trip and I will never again will use VIATOR and will let my fellow travelers not to use Viator!
The communication was excellent. Due to traffic the driver was slightly late but was able to get me to CDG with more than enough time. I would use this service again.
Our flight was delayed and unfortunately we were unable to make the shuttle. We advised the driver and even though they were not able to provide a new time, they were very helpful and have advised they will process a refund
The driver was available, even though our plane was late. The vehicle was very nice, and the driver was professional. And navigated the traffic with ease despite the crazy motorcycles.
The driver was a precisely on time and got us to the airport on time despite unexpected heavy traffic from an accident. He clearly was experienced and navigated the traffic professionally..

Very convenient, pay now and one less thing you have to worry about landing in a foreign country. Drop use at the front door of hotel.
