Great mode of transport for seeing all the sight in the city. I particularly enjoyed the commentary that was informative and humorous at times. I would highly recommend doing the hop on hop off bus.

It was easy to have them oiled ticket. Exchanged at Arc De Triomph stop was easy and the ticket details explained as to what we had access to. Saw all the major sites in Paris and all the stops were close to the attractions. The buses were nottoocrowded and ran regularly. Not a lot more to say other than it did what it had to.

Always a winner no matter which city you are in. If you don't like or can't walk far, this is a great way to see Paris
The driver was very rude, when we were hopping in the bus, he was shouting at people in French. He was very rude to the customers.

This is a really good way to see all the sights and you are able to choose when to hop off or stay on. Regular buses and lots of stops. The only thing to watch out for is when queuing do not try to enter via the middle door as you'll be refused and in our case ended up at the back of the queue as everyone else pushed to the front. We were then left standing. Otherwise a great way to experience the sights.

The boat ride was wonderful. The bus is very helpful for getting around if you aren't in a hurry and want to see a lot along the way.

Definitely cheapest booking through trip advisor. We all found this a great way off seeing all of the major sights from the best possible views - check out my pictures . We had better pics but I didn’t want to include pictures of my group. We even came across some sights we would like to see again but I guess that’s a reason to come back to Paris. The Big Bus app was easy to use and great for finding the nearest stop. The cheesy music and commentary made the experience really enjoyable and informative.
It's a great way to see most of the major sights of interest. The headsets provide interesting details and history. The option to get off is great, and the next bus shouldn't be too much of a wait.

DO NOT book tickets for the river cruise. It was so overcrowded, unsafe, chaotic and a rip off. There is no clear signage. Someone in charge yelling go go go! Uneven payment in the line with very little light. People pushing The hop on hop off bus was fine , a/c was not that great.

We had a good experience with Big Bus Tours in Paris. We visited their office, where Diana was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She gave us all the information we needed and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
