I appreciate Tango Transportation for the on time service from Miami to my pre-cruise hotel, from the hotel to the Port of Miami, and from Miami back to the Miami International Airport. Communication was clear. I made a few changes to my reservation prior to the service start date based on communication from the cruise line and Tango was able to accommodate those changes. We had the same drive for all three trips (Gustavo). He was quiet and didn’t talk but he was a safe driver. I loved the text message that the driver was on the way and when the driver arrived. The text message also provided a way to communicate with the driver. This is huge positive for me. The driver was able to ask me to contact him when we were ready to be picked up and where to meet him. I would not hesitate to book Tango again for myself or my clients.
