Turen börjar med upphämtning från hotellet och gör sedan en resa på 1 timme och 20 minuter till vår första besöksplats, under resan kommer vi att uppskatta snötäckta berg, laguner, majs och potatisfält. Första platsen Moray (jordbrukslaboratorium) där vi kan uppskatta andinska terrasser i cirkulär form och som är uthuggna i jordens djup, i form av en skål, användes för att anpassa produkter till olika klimat. Efter besöket i Moray åker vi till "Salineras" eller "salt av Maras", denna stad är tidigare känd som ett saltproducerande centrum och tros härstamma från pre-Inkatiden. Vi kan hitta mer än 3500 saltbäddar strategiskt uthuggna intill berget och som är fyllda av vattenkanaler. Redan tillbaka till staden Cusco kommer vi att passera genom en pittoresk by "Chinchero" regnbågens vagga, denna stad kännetecknas av det faktum att den andinska textiltekniken fortfarande är bevarad.

Christian was a wonderful tour guide. He shared detailed historical facts and current events about Moray and Msras. He was patient and answered every question we had. Our driver, Wilson, even stopped at a pasture for us so we could take photos of the alpacas and llamas (that was not part of the itinerary).
