This escape room company is very concerned with time. They will give you hints before you ask for them, which decreases the difficulty. We liked the theme, it was challenging enough, but we felt rushed and overly helped. If we were taking more time it should really just have been left to let us win or not win.
It's was very fun,first experience ever.People were very nice.Veey clean.Alittle pricey.but well worth it.
This was my first Escape Room with 4 seasoned players. We had a great time, the puzzles were difficult but enjoyable. Recommend for any family or group activity.

We had so much fun! We accidentally arrived at the wrong location— there are two— but the staff at Pier Park were very helpful and let us pick which room we wanted to do so we ended up with The Stolen Relic. It was lots of fun even though it was just the two of us. The staff were helpful and generous with clues and we were able to finish with 11min to spare! The audio was really crunchy for some of clues and we did need more help to figure that out. Overall it was a very fun experience and we would absolutely go again!
This was fun! It was a good challenge. Nothing was easy. We definitely had to figure it out and the hints were helpful! We got super excited as we were getting close to the end!

It was great! I didn't think we would be able to get out. It was scary...but fun all at the same time.
Ok so me and my family did 2 escape rooms at edgewater, and 1 escape room at pier park. At edgewater we did, the forbidden tomb, and the magic school. tbh i thought the magic school was kinda boring, even though im obsessed with harry potter at the moment. it was just really confusing because we had no idea what to do so we just had to wait for clues, but eventually we escaped. the forbidden tomb was actually very nice! it was challenging but also very fun! we escaped both of those. now back at pier park we did the morgue, but having a younger sibling not wanting to do it made it tough. the work attendant let him borrow a flashlight that way he wouldn’t be scared. But overall the morgue was nice! we beat all of the 3 rooms! but the only thing i didn’t like about pier park is that the bathroom was in the building next door at Axe Throwing. after we finished the morgue my brother had to go to the bathroom, so i took him next door but the doors were locked. one of the escape room employees had to walk through and open the door for us. but overall i really enjoyed my family’s experience with this company!
