We come to this place quite a bit and always have a good time. Its fun for the kids, I would recommend it
Pay attention it’s fun but challenging I would highly recommend this for a nice but funny date night or just for fun

I booked on trip advisor and when I arrived they told me I didn’t have a reservation because I booked on trip advisor. It was 2pm and they told me I could come back at 5:30pm if I wanted to do a different escape room. I called trip advisor and they called the facility and was able to find my reservation but was for 2:45pm and not 2pm like my reservation said. This was a lot of needless stress for my family and me. From what I can tell the time slots on trip advisor are not correct. It is best to book directly through the Escape Room website and not through trip advisor. I will avoid using Trip Advisor in the future.
When we arrived we had trouble finding the location because of lack of good signage. Also, when we arrived at the location we were told the reservation we had paid for two weeks in advance was double booked and unavailable. We settled for another escape room but were disappointed at the lack of professional service and disorganization.
Overall, the experience was enjoyable and certainly intriguing, but it fell slightly short of our expectations. Traveling with a group of seven was a bit overwhelming; a smaller group would have likely enhanced our experience and allowed for more intimate interactions. The area has many activities, including shopping, a sky wheel, and axe throwing. There's so much to explore and enjoy!
It was a lot of fun. My friends and I laughed, struggled to figure out the clues and had some great bonding time.
The room was set up well however, there were glitches. For instance, the type writer doesn’t work. We solved that puzzle early on yet it didn’t work so we kept trying other things and wasting time. We asked for a clue and had to wave our hands repeatedly. Several minutes would go by before we received a clue. Then the “clues” were just answers. No clues on how to get them ourselves. Also numbers were rubbed half-off so it wasn’t clear what is said. Wouldn’t return. There are wayyy better games out there with more attentive game masters. Save your money.
I was impressed with the room mechanics and cool, clever clues and moving pieces. The staff were really helpful! We had a great time!!
I did the stolen relic Escape with my family and it was amazing, I really enjoyed it. Next time I’m gonna let my friends do it
