Varje vingårdstur låter dig upptäcka den fascinerande historien bakom Castel Mimi och smaka på några av de bästa moldaviska vinerna. Vingårdsturen inkluderar en fängslande promenad genom slottets källare, trädgårdar, innergård och vingårdens produktionsområde. Vingårdsturen avslutas med guidade vinprovningar som ger dig en fantastisk sensorisk upplevelse. Alla utom en av våra turer inkluderar också ett urval av traditionella moldaviska gourmeträtter. Avslutningsvis kan vi säga att du kommer att ha en resa med en provning av utvalda viner på en av de mest raffinerade vingårdarna i landet - Castel Mimi. Vår väg till byn Bulboaca kommer att ta cirka 1 timme och 15 minuter. Vi kommer att besöka Castle MIMI Winery. Turen börjar från ingången till slottets innergård som är vackert dekorerad med gräsmattor, dekorativa buskar, labyrinter, vintunnor som används som dekoration, en musikalisk fontän som ändrar sina färger och forsar från golvet. Efter kommer du att besöka de historiska vinkällarna, vinproduktionsområdet och medelåldersträdgården och häcklabyrinten. Dags för vinprovning. Du måste smaka 5 fantastiska Castel Mimi-viner. Smaka även på 7 traditionella moldaviska och gourmeträtter: gravlax med svart bröd, tomme ost handgjord med päron, paté med mandelrågkex, mozzarella med körsbärstomater och oliver och rostbiff med vinsås. Vägen tillbaka till Chisinau tar cirka 1 timme.

When I first booked, the lack of communication bothered me. It did get better and the driver to the actual tour site was very good.
It was excellent trip. Everything was perfect
A great trip. I was collected from my hotel in central Chisinau. My driver and guide was excellent: he was very knowledgable about Molvova, and so the journey to Castle Mimi was very enjoyable. It is really important to have guides who know the local scene, and my driver was excellent. Castle Mimi is a great destination visit if you are interested in wine. Because of local circumstances, I had a personal tour around the winery, and it finished with a tasting of five wines. All round an excellent experience.

Good tour. Slava was my guide. Spoke very good English. He was knowledgeable about touristy things (dates, facts, etc) but also open to share about life in Moldova. He was also a safe and attentive driver. The tour at MIMI was given by an employee of the winery. Very polished. Good wines paired with interesting snacks. Recommend going when warmer to enjoy the fountain (closed over the winter) and outdoor areas.
This tour was amazing experience with Slava, he showed us all the iconic places from Chisinau, walking around telling us all the historic moments of each place. Finishing the tour at the Castle Mimi winery, all the history behind this beautiful castle and finishing with a delicious tasting of 5 types of wine and different snacks perfect for each wine. We really enjoyed the experience and the car had heating in the seats, something, that for winter, we really appreciated it.
