Monumentet, som ligger nära Torrbron, föreställer livliga, uttrycksfulla figurer i rörelse, som symboliserar festivalens frihets- och upprorsanda. Det hedrar Georgiens rika kulturella traditioner och den bestående kraften i konstnärligt uttryck.
Den äldsta kyrkobyggnaden i Tbilisi är en treskeppig basilika med anor från 600-talet.
Fredens bron, som är relativt nybyggd, är en attraktion som måste ses i Tbilisi. En bro gjord av glas och stål i bågformad design sitter över floden Mtkvari (Kura) i Georgiens huvudstad.
I Tbilisi är Shardeni Street en liten gågata som ligger i Upper Kala-distriktet, mellan Vakhtang Gorgasali-torget och Sioni Street.
Vår guide kommer att förklara varför Gabriadze-teatern är en intressant plats i Tbilisi. Klocktornet står framför teatern. Du kan känna igen platsens unika arkitektur.
Sioni-komplexet består av ett staket, antagandets katedral och två klocktorn. Sioni kommer från namnet på ett heligt berg i Jerusalem. Det är ett hebreiskt ord som betyder soligt.
Tamadastatyn i Tbilisi är en bronsskulptur av en traditionell georgisk toastmaster, som håller ett vinhorn (kantsi) i en klassisk skålande gest. Beläget i gamla stan nära Sionikatedralen, symboliserar det Georgiens rika vinkultur och vikten av överlägsna (georgiska fest) traditioner. Statyn är inspirerad av en gammal Tamada-statyett som hittades i Vani, som går tillbaka över 2000 år, vilket visar hur djupt rotad rollen som toastmaster är i Georgiens historia.
Monumentet, skapat av den georgiska konstnären Elguja Amashukeli, står stolt framför Metekhi-kyrkan och blickar nedför floden Mtkvari (kura).

Den stora synagogan ligger i det gamla historiska distriktet i Tbilisi. Det byggdes från 1895 till 1903 av georgiska judar från Akhaltsihe.
En konstnär vid namn David Monavardishvili skapade ett vackert monument 2016. Vi kan utforska vad som var inspiration för honom. Kanske var det livsstilen i Tbilisi förr i tiden? Monumentet är ganska imponerande, och du kommer att få reda på hur konstnären skapade det.
Vi fortsätter vår resa med en linbana. Toppen av berget kan nås med linbana, där vi kan njuta av hisnande vyer.
Rike park är Tbilisis centrum. Härifrån tar vi linbana till berget.
Georgiens morsmonumentet blickar stolt ner över staden. Alla georgiska kvinnor representeras av monumentet.

We had an amazing day exploring the city. Teona was such a good guide. She was really friendly and easygoing. I would highly recommend it!
What a wonderful guide Teona is. She is very knowledgeable about Tbilisi and its very interesting history. What was particularly fascinating was Teona's vision of Georgia's future and the country's ability to cater to the East and/or the West. Our tour was never rushed and Teona took the time to clarify our questions as first-time visitors of Georgia while we toured the different areas of the Old Town. If you are ever in the area, I cannot recommend Teona's tour highly enough. We certainly left Tbilisi knowing more thanks to Teona's knowledge and local expertise of the town. By the way, after the tour, Teona shared the names of several places to shop, eat or visit that was very helpful for the remainder of our visit! Ts'avedit!!
Had such a lovely day on this tour and I’m really glad I booked it. Teona was a fantastic guide friendly, knowledgeable, and just genuinely easy to be around, which made the whole tour feel relaxed rather than rushed. I felt looked after the whole time and learned a lot along the way. Honestly one of the highlights of my time in Georgia. An awesome walking tour of this gem of a city! Teona was so knowledgable - about both history and modern culture.
