Upplev vin och kultur på dagsutflykten till Kakhetiregionen. Du kommer att besöka två georgiska vingårdar och smaka deras unika produkter, från torra röda till söta vita. Du kommer också att njuta av ett traditionellt georgiskt färskt bröd och ost i ett traditionellt bageri. Längs vägen kommer du att utforska några av Kakhetis vackraste och mest historiska platser, såsom Bodbes St. Nino's Convent Cathedral. I Sighnaghi kan du beundra utsikten över Alazanidalen, Kaukasusbergen och Sighnaghimuren. Det är en defensiv befästning med anor från 1700-talet. På en familjeägd vingård och KTW Winery får du lära dig om de gamla vintillverkningsmetoderna i Georgien. Denna tur är ett måste för alla som älskar vin, natur och kultur.

Klockan 08:30 möter vår guide dig framför Avlabari Metro Station med vårt företags flagga. Han/hon visar dig var vårt kontor ligger. När du har slutfört incheckningen väntar du några minuter på vårt kontor tills din tur börjar.
Badiauri byn är där du kan besöka ett lokalt bageri och smaka läckra georgiska bröd och ost.
Det andra stoppet är Bodbe kloster. Enligt legenden byggdes den vid gravplatsen för Saint Nino – ett helgon för georgier som konverterade sin religion till kristendomen. Webbplatsen är mycket spirituell och har imponerande vyer för att ta vackra bilder.
Gå sedan till Sighnaghi, känd som "Kärlekens stad". Du kommer att ha en rundvandring i Sighnaghin och upptäcka "Den stora muren i Georgien." Efter vandringen kan du äta lunch med en vacker utsikt över Alazani Valley och prova traditionell georgisk mat.
Den fjärde platsen för dagen är en lokal familje vingård. I det här skedet kommer du att träffa en lokal familj som traditionellt gör vin med hjälp av Qvevri - gigantiska lerburkar begravda under marken. Du får prova tre av deras bästa viner - Rkatsiteli, Saperavi och Manavi Mtsvane.
Sista besöket under dagen är KTW Winery, en av de största vinproducenterna i hela landet. Du har en rundtur i vingården, vinprovning för fem olika viner - och även prova Chacha, en kraftfull druvvodka.

Excellent company with well planned out tours. Our guide Giorgi was super knowledgeable , conscientious and helped make this a great tour. Driver was also excellent.
We had a fantastic private tour with Liza, who gave us very clear explanations and answered many of our questions. We loved every minute of the trip, from the bread and cheese tasting, the visit to the St Nino nunnery, the walk in the walls of the town, amazing views from the lunch spot, and then the wine tasting. We did a larger vineyard followed by a smaller family run when they themselves explained and showed us around. We were never rushed, we felt relaxed and had a truly enjoyable day. Our driver Mr Gocha drove us very safe and had great music in the car. We asked for a special stop to see a statue and our request was well catered for, Liza had found out all the relevant information about the monument. Highly recommend the private tour.
Absolutely top choice of a day tour if you want to experience Georgian wines and see the countryside a little. Our guide Shota was very knowledgeable and a great entertainer/speaker. We can definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a tour from Tbilisi!
Anna was an incredible guide who was very knowledgeable about not only wine but also Georgian history. The tour was great, with everything going very smoothly. There were two main wineries that we went to, both of which had multiple wine tastings. There was also an optional lunch stop, which for an extra 50 lari was definitely worth it, we got to try lots of traditional Georgian dishes which we may not have otherwise. Overall the tour was excellent and I would absolutely recommend to anyone.
It was a really good experience, we learned a lot about Georgian history. I tried a lot of good wine and delicious Georgian food. Our guide Oko was amazing. The landscape is also beautiful.

Anna was absolutely amazing and without a doubt the highlight of our tour! Her passion for what she does is incredible and truly contagious. She explained everything with so much enthusiasm, interest and curiosity, making us want to learn more at every stop. She was also extremely polite, friendly and attentive throughout the whole day, creating such a lovely atmosphere. You could really feel how much she loves Georgia, its history and culture, and that passion made the experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. The guide Shoti is amazing. He is kind and make sure everyone is there for the tour( one person was not at KTW bigger tour Shoti went to look for him !) he explained the region,wine so it was appropriated. I like this itinerary is because the tasting is after lunch. As at KTW, wine pouring is very generous from the steel tanks 😂. Lunch you can choose the full meal with wines for 50Gel. Or other restaurants nearby. Bus is clean and comfortable. Con: Only one suggestion for the tour company: the family winery. Wine is fine but lack of winery vibe. Feel like just for wine store and no vineyards around. Yes there is a cellar but look like someone basement. Maybe should choose another family vineyard The other company tour has a better review of the family winery but if their tasting is in the afternoon I would go for that. Overalls, we still had a good time with Shoti
