Tauranga kryssningstur Rotorua Redwood och Maori Village Experience

Vi kommer att möta dig i hamnen i Tauranga och se till att påbörja vår resa på en förutbestämd tid. När vi ger oss ut på resan längs Mount Maunganui Coast besöker vi en Kiwifruktträdgård på vägen till Rotorua. Med officiellt stopp vid den berömda Redwood Forest. Det är här du ska ge dig ut på trädkronepromenaden som verkligen är ett steg in i paradiset med kaliforniska Redwoods och en del av vår lokala fauna. Det andra stoppet ska vara vid ett av de längsta turistmålen i regionen. Whakarewarewa har termisk aktivitet, lerpölar och den största gejsern på södra halvklotet. En guidad tur och kulturell föreställning ingår och följs av en lätt lunch tillagad på traditionellt maoriskt vis. Specialiserad på små gruppturer i Mercedes fordon eller liknande. Vi erbjuder förfriskningar och snacks plus Wi-Fi under hela din resa med oss. Detta är en familjevänlig dagstur på cirka 6,5 timmar.

Du kommer att få möjlighet att utforska våra underbara Redwood Trees från upp i trädkronorna. Tid är avsatt för att du ska kunna njuta av trädkronornas trädpromenad på upphöjd plattform och se en del av marknivåfaunan också.
Stig in i en värld av traditionalism och berättande. En av de underbara guiderna på Whakarewarewa kommer att ge dig sina berättelser och välkomna dig till en av de längst verksamma turistmålen i området. Se södra halvklotets största gejser och njut av en Maori Cultural Performance.

This was a good tour, and we enjoyed it. The Redwoods was a nice experience, and the visit to the Maori (sp?) village was interesting. Our driver/guide Alan was entertaining and informative.
We had a fabulous time. The tour was well organized. We really enjoyed our guide Allen. He was very informative and kept us on schedule.

Driver/guide John knew his stuff. He was courteous and obliging. The guide who took us through the village had great background knowledge of his people and explained how they utilised the geothermal springs in their lifestyle.
This tour was absolutely amazing. The guide met us right outside the cruise ship port exactly when he said. During the drive to the village, our guide kept us entertained informing us of the local area and all sorts of details. At the village, we had a great lunch and we're turned over to a local guide who had been raised in the village. We next visited the geothermal pools and then a walk up in the redwoods. The trip back to the cruise was right on time. Excellent from start to finish.
Alan, our guide for the day, was a hoot. Brimming with humor and information, he kept us amused all day long. There was plenty of variety. We learned about Kiwi fruit cultivation, and stopped to peer at a field of vines and marvel at the huge spruce hedges rimming the fields to literally filter out bugs and diseases. The main stop was Whakarewarewa historic village built on a geothermal field. It is called “the living Maori village”. The introductory cultural show by 7 artists was astonishing. Fraser, who guided us there was about as enthusiastic as anyone can be. We learned all about family life and enjoyed a nice lunch there, too. We finished the day on the Redwood Tree Walk in Rotarua.
Our tour guide made each activity special. He shared information about the history of the area and how it's growth has changed life here. We couldn't ask for a more fun filled day.
Walking up in the redwoods was a great experience. The Māori village was very interesting and unique. Learning about the culture from someone who grew up there was very special. Our driver/guide, Allan, was the best! His wealth of knowledge about every area he took us through was impressive. He taught us about how they grow kiwi fruit, and gave us a wonderful walking tour around the geothermal area. His vibrant personality made this one of the best tours we have been on, both educational and entertaining.
