Det är känt att det venetianska köket är svårt att lära känna – men inte när du är i sällskap med en lokal matälskare som känner staden som sin egen bukdel. Hoppa från en bacaro (venetiansk vinbar) till en annan och prova två olika typer av cicchetti och andra lokala specialiteter tillsammans med drinkar vid varje stopp. I slutet av kvällen kommer din expertguide att visa dig var du ska äta, hur du ska äta och vad du ska äta när du besöker La Serenissima.

Anna was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! We had an amazing time, got to experience local gems, and were led by the best guide you could ask for. I have done more than 15 food tours in Europe and this was hands down the best tour I have been on. Getting to experience a city with a true local is something in itself, but Anna made this even better. She was so accommodating of dietary preferences, but inspired us to try local cuisine that we may have not thought we’d enjoy. I would recommend this tour to everyone.
Fun, interesting and filling walking tour and intro to Venetian cicchettis and wines. Our guide was very knowledgeable and also shared interesting facts about some things we noiced along the way e.g. what the laurels with ribbons that several people we saw wore (new graduates) and places tourists overlook but are worth a visit. She also made sure we were comfortable and hydrated as it was a very hot day in July. I discovered mozzarella en carozza and pasta with squid sauce, which were delicious.

This was a wonderful opportunity to explore a range of local food and wine venues in Venice which were not part of the typical tourist locations. The guide was friendly and informative and the walk between each location was very manageable in spite of the heat. All in all a great experience and highly recommended.
