Hunter Valley Grains & Grapes Tour tar dig med på en utsökt vin-, ost- och spritresa med lunch bara några timmar norr om Sydney! Det som gör denna tur till den ultimata Hunter-resan, är att du har möjlighet att även smaka lite lokal öl på några hållplatser ELLER så kan du hålla på vinerna & lägga till lite choklad också! Grains & Grapes har allas smak täckt! Förutom alla vackra viner, välsmakande öl och handgjorda råvaror arbetar Dave’s hårt för att ta dig bakom kulisserna på produktionshusen för att träffa tillverkarna och få en sann känsla av regionen. Vi kommer alltid att inkludera en rundtur i en vingård, vingård eller båda på våra turer. Vi försöker också att bara besöka små familjeägda vingårdar så våra gäster får träffa och prata med lokalbefolkningen för att verkligen uppskatta och förstå vad som går in i det de provsmakar. Eftersom vi besöker småproducenter är våra turnéfordon vanligtvis mellan 12 och 22 platser (inklusive föraren). Dave älskar Hunter Valley & vi vill visa dig det BÄSTA av regionen!

På vår första vingård tar din ”Dave for the day” dig med på en guidad tur i en vingård, vinodlingsområde eller båda. Efter att du lärt dig lite är det dags att dricka lite med vår första vinprovning.
Lunch är ofta på en vingård och andra stoppet, men vi använder ett antal lokaler. Vi hittar en gemensam lunch eller utmärkta vedeldade pizzor, sallader och en drink får igång samtalet! Till din dryck kan du välja öl, vin eller läsk. Lunch och dryck ingår i turpriset.
Efter lunch besöker vi ett lokalt familjedestilleri för lite gin-, vodka- och likörprovning. Det är en perfekt post-lunch pigg upp!
Dagens andra officiella vinprovning (vi räknar inte vinet du dricker till lunch som en provning) kompletteras med lokala ostar. Din server kommer att dirigera dig till vilket vin som matchar bäst med vilken ost.
Det sista stoppet, du har valet att njuta av en vin och choklad parning eller så kan du prova en paddel av lokalt tillverkade hantverksöl.

We had a fantastic experience with Dave’s Tours from start to finish. The customer service was excellent—Fiona was especially helpful when we were making our booking. Before confirming, we got in touch to ask about vegetarian options, as other tours we looked at only offered a salad (not quite enough for a full day of wine tasting!). Fiona let us know they could arrange vegetarian pizzas, which was great. We actually forgot to include this request when we booked through TripAdvisor rather than directly, but Fiona spotted this and proactively emailed to confirm she’d added our dietary requirements to the booking. On the day, our driver and host, Drew, was brilliant. He made sure everything ran smoothly, including checking that our lunch met our requests. The pizzas and side salads were really good, and Drew himself was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. His commentary during the journey added a lot to the experience. Overall, it was a really enjoyable day out. The wine, cheese and chocolate sampling was fun. Our only small disappointment was at one of the venues, where we were expecting a flight of beers to sample. Due to supply issues, we were instead given a small glass of the same beer each, which was a bit underwhelming. That said, it didn’t take away too much from what was otherwise a great experience—we’d happily recommend Dave’s Tours!
Drew, our driver and tour guide, was exceptional! He told us about the area as we drove out to Hunter Valley. Each winery was excellent! We loved the custom service of the 4 TB winery’s. Lunch was delicious. We had plenty of wood fired pizza and salad. The trip was worth every penny! Highly Recommend!
Fantastic experience with our knowledgeable host Drew. We enjoyed the wineries and the pizza. Drew gave us expert commentary on the bus and got us all back safely. Well worth the trip.
We had a great time with this experience. Dave’s company was very professional and the experience of their historical Australia knowledge was apparent. The wineries and the experience was amazing, great wines, great food and the bonus cheese and wine was delicious!! I truly recommend this experience.
What a great time ! Drew was an amazing and informative guide. The tastings were so much fun and the wood fired pizza and salad lunch was great. A perfect day trip. Hunter Valley is absolutely beautiful.

Great day trip with Col (Dave for the day) visiting some beautiful wineries. Lunch was amazing and loved the distillery. Col was incredibly knowledgeable giving us lots interesting info on the history of the Hunter and wine making.

Had a wonderful time! Our guide (Chris) was great- talked just enough to give us an idea of the area and the history of Hunter Valley, but also gave us some nice quiet time to enjoy the sites and relax. Wine was delicious at all of the venues, very friendly staff at all locations. We visited several places for wine (and beer) and ended the day at a distillery. Distillery wasn’t our thing but if you like flavored vodkas or gin, then it’s the place for you. Van was comfortable for the trek to and from Hunter Valley. Overall enjoyed and would recommend. Was a lovely end to our trip to Australia.
