We had a great,great time!! Our wonderful two companions- Theo as a guide and Bams as a driver- definitely made this trip a highlight of our indonesia journey. We booked the tour as two young women and felt safe, respected and comfortable the whole time. Theo and Bams always found a way to make things possible for us, they are sympathetic, spontaneous, and still very professional. It’srecommended visiting the tumpak sewu waterfall in the afternoon to avoid the crowd, wich these made possible for us. All three accommodations were comfortable and clean too. The Bromo, Ijen and Tumpak sewu are different and unique, once-in-a-lifetime-experiences we wouldn’t want to miss. Would definetely do this again with Java adventure Trail, Theo and Bams. My husband and I cannot recommend this trip enough. Communication with the company was seamless and they adjusted the itinerary to meet our needs. Our tour guide Faruq went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experiences. He found us quiet spots to enjoy the insanely beautiful scenery and took amazing photos for us. We had an absolutely amazing experience on this tour! We booked a four-day trip through East Java, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our guide, Nano, and our driver, Ricko, were incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. We learned so much about the local culture and visited some truly breathtaking places. We were on our honeymoon and did the 4-day, 3-night tour with Java Adventure Trail⁠! Our guide was Faruq and our driver was Wahyu, and we could not have been happier with these two travel companions!!! They were both highly professional, friendly, cheerful, and genuinely concerned about our well-being throughout the trip!! Faruq was tireless during all the tours!! He always explained everything about the volcanoes, as well as Indonesian plants and culture! He knows so much and speaks english very well!! He was incredibly patient while we were hiking, knew many excellent alternative trails, and is also an outstanding photographer!! We truly loved getting to know him! Wahyu was also extremely friendly and an excellent driver, always available and willing to accommodate anything we wanted to do! They also took us to fantastic local restaurants along the way!! We absolutely loved this experience and highly recommend this agency and that you request these two professionals!!

We had the pleasure of having Albert and Rico as our guide/driver. They thoroughly ensured we had the best possible experience telling us about local cultures in detail. Even though one of us had a medical emergency half way through they were very caring and worked hard to give us the best experience despite the circumstances and we still managed to do all 3 attractions. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect tour – it couldn't have been better! We spent four unforgettable days and three nights with our private guide Ari and can truly recommend him without reservation. From the first to the last minute, he took care of us with incredible passion, commitment, and professionalism. Ari was always punctual, extremely accommodating, respectful, humorous, and in a great mood at all times. His open and warm nature made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. At the same time, he was very understanding and always made sure we were doing well – he even kept an eye on our health and regularly asked if everything was okay. His knowledge of Indonesian culture, nature, and volcanoes was impressive. He was able to share an incredible amount of interesting information with us and enriched each stop of the journey with exciting stories and background knowledge. We especially want to highlight his experience and excellent local knowledge. Thanks to Ari, we had by far the best spot on Mount Bromo to experience the sunrise. He knows an incredible number of people there and knows exactly when and where to stand to enjoy the most beautiful views. While we were waiting for the sunrise, he even organized a blanket for us so that we would be comfortable in the morning cold – a small gesture that shows how attentive he is. As a photographer, Ari is simply fantastic. He found the most beautiful photo spots for us and took an incredible number of great pictures of us that we will remember for a long time. Besides the major highlights, it was especially the small gestures that made this trip so special. Ari showed us how to properly eat durian – the famous "stinky fruit" – and bought us various fruits at a small fruit stand along the way. The special thing about it is: He paid for everything out of his own pocket and did not want any money back despite our offer. Such warm and generous gestures are rarely experienced. We would also like to give great praise to our driver Henry. He drove us extremely safely, calmly, and predictably throughout the entire tour. On the long stretches and winding roads, we never felt insecure at any time. On the contrary – we had complete trust in his driving at all times and could relax and enjoy the scenery. His professional and thoughtful manner contributed significantly to making our trip so pleasant. Our tour to Mount Ijen, Mount Bromo, and the Tumpak Sewu waterfall was perfectly organized and completely stress-free. Ari and Henry were a well-coordinated team and did everything to ensure that we had an unforgettable time. Thank you, Ari and Henry, for this extraordinary trip! The tour was incredible and showed us East Java from a wonderful perspective. However, our tour guide Theo was particularly special! From the first to the last minute, his work was absolutely professional and always incredibly friendly. It was evident at all times that the experience and well-being of the customer were at the center of his focus. He always made sure to avoid the tourist crowds as much as possible. Theo also had profound knowledge about all the places visited. It is impressive how many details he has at hand, and he shares his knowledge with great enthusiasm. He made the tour something truly special through his manner and expertise. Thank you very much for this amazing experience, and thanks to the great tour guide. The tour itself is not cheap, but you receive a truly all-inclusive package. You do not have to worry about anything these days. Especially with the sometimes long distances, this is really very relaxing.

Dino and Nooril were the best guides/driver. They really made us feel comfortable through the whole trip and helped us with anything we needed. Dino went out of his way to make sure our whole experience was great and took us to many extra spots for views and photos. The homestays were welcoming and a pleasure to stay at.

Dino showed us some spots away from all the other tourists so we got a chance to get even better views and pics from each location :) Nuril is an expert driver and got us safely to each location in a timely manner. Both of them were always smiling and going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible.
