This was easily the best tour we had so far on this trip to Indonesia. Our tour guide, Hirman Priyudhi, was unbelievably good. I will him ten stars if I could. He came prepared with everything we needed in this trip including Jackets, masks, Ponchos and of course water bottles. The tour operator was easy to deal with. Book them without hesitation and ask for Hirman.
Honestly, our recent trip to Bromo and Tumpak Sewu was one of the best vacations ever, and all thanks to Mr. Hereman! From the moment we met until the end of the trip, Mr. Hereman was not just a guide; it was like reuniting with old relatives, and three days were too few for us. While we were at Bromo, he was at our disposal from dawn and was incredibly skilled at finding the perfect spot to admire the sunrise, thus avoiding the crowds. His stories about Bromo and the Tengger people were incredibly engaging, narrated with a relaxed tone that was pleasant to listen to. My children learned so many new things, broadening their perspective on Javanese culture and traditions. On the rather treacherous and slippery paths of Tumpak Sewu, Mr. Hereman was incredibly patient. He was always present to guide us, ensuring we were safe at every moment, and he did not hesitate to help us when we started to feel overwhelmed, especially because we were not used to wearing sandals since the paths got our shoes wet, so he was incredibly thoughtful. It was truly reassuring! Furthermore, Mr. Hereman is a master at finding perfect angles for photos. Many of our best moments were beautifully captured thanks to him, and he won't miss a single one of yours. Thank you so much, Mr. Hereman, for your kindness and for making this trip unforgettable. For anyone planning to visit Bromo or Tumpak Sewu, an excursion with Mr. Hereman is a must! You will not regret it; it will be the key to an unforgettable experience in these popular destinations.
A great experience. We booked the Bromo private tour and we were blessed to have Ubay as the guide. He was very kind, and speaking with him was fun and enjoyable. I also definitely recommend this company for the organization. Everything went as planned and we got the best spot to watch the sunrise on Bromo. Don't forget to bring warm clothes! We had an amazing experience with Riza as our guide. From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, attentive and friendly, and he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire trip. What really stood out was his excellent knowledge of the area and, especially, his ability to find the best spots and the perfect moments for taking photographs. He was always looking for the best viewpoints and helping us get the most out of every location. Riza also coordinated all the activities perfectly, making sure everything ran smoothly and adapting to our needs whenever necessary. He was always available, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make our experience special. Great experience at Mount Bromo!! Everything went smoothly from the hotel pick-up to the end of the tour. We had a nice break with complimentary food and drinks before heading up, and the sunrise was absolutely breathtaking. A special thanks to our guide Laz, who took us to a beautiful viewpoint away from the crowds. He was super helpful and also an amazing photographer!! By far best Mount Bruno tour, highly recommended!!

The excursion was very good. We went to see the sunrise at Mount Bromo and the Madakaripura waterfall, the combination of both being a success for me. Impressive! Our guide was Tegar and he made the day even better by taking us to a strategic spot to watch the sunrise at Bromo, taking photos of us, and giving us some tips for our trip, among other things. In addition, the drivers we had also did very well. I recommend the excursion.
Reyy is a really nice person. He shared a lot of interesting stories about the local area with us, and we learned so much from him. He was very patient, attentive, and friendly. He also took great care of us while we were walking around the waterfall. He’s very knowledgeable, and his Chinese is really good too! I highly recommend him. If I have the chance, I would definitely bring my friends to meet him again. Hopefully, we’ll get to see him again someday. He’s a really fun and interesting guide!
