It was great. Vers nice guide. We learned so much about animals ans nature. Great walk and nice fire place. Thanks to you .
It was a great one-day hiking. Fika time was perfect as well as lunch in nature. Thank you for answering all the questions and explanations about the area.
An amazing experience. I told the company I needed Halal food and I was happy to see that they ensured that there was indeed halal food for me - this was much appreciated. The guide was great .
The most memorable is the break when we sitting around the fire and drinking sweetish coffee and have the lunch😍
Everytime and every spot was a pleasure for the eyes. Deeply in nature, we hike and had a swim in the lake! Then we had lunch in a campfire. Unique!
I wanted to get out of the city streets and get back into nature and this was the perfect thing to do. my guy was very knowledgeable about nature and Sweden. He knew exactly where he was going on the paths and we never got lost. Was a fun adventure for me and very cool to see someone start a fire to cook our lunch within seconds. Obviously he had taken numerous wilderness courses. And the lunch was delicious. We were close to the city, but in a natural park nearby. As a single female traveler, I had no fears, and my expectations were better than expected. Very easy to get to location by train. I do recommend this tour to get out of the city and get into the pine trees in nature.
This was a highlight of our trip to Sweden! We loved experiencing the beauty of one of Sweden’s nature preserves! The hike was just the perfect degree of difficulty with amazing views of a lake and the rocky hillsides with many types of flowers, birds, & trees! Our excellent guides, Lucas & Rostam, answered all of our questions about local fauna and plant life, and pointed out many interesting details. They made our hike through the forest fun and interesting! Don’t hesitate to make this a part of your vacation! We would do it again in a heartbeat!
We had a great hiking experience in the nature trails near Stockholm. Lucas is a fantastic guide, very friendly and welcoming. His knowledge of the local flora and fauna is outstanding! We learned so much from him and have a greater appreciation for the wildlife and broader ecosystem. He is also a great campfire cook, we really enjoyed our outdoor meal with him. This was a great way to spend a day outdoors and learn many new things.
The hike is interesting but the environment is similar to those that we can experience back home. Not a challenging hike.
We were hiking on a rainy day. So you should really have a look at the weather forecast and bring proper clothes. The hike starts right at the bureau and takes till the early afternoon. It's doable for everyone without a walking impairment, children included. You get to see lakes, forest and with some luck deer and woodpeckers. Our guide, a young guy called Oscar, made fire for lunch and was always looking out for the children in our group. Left and right you could see plants. The guide explainef a few of them from time to time. He also communicated evenly with everyone in the hiking group of a total of 7 people (including the guide). He was friendly and helpful throughout the tour. Despite the weather, I had a lovely day. Thanks for the trip!
