Under turen kommer du att besöka de tre viktigaste kyrkorna i staden: Alexander Nevskij-katedralen, Sankt Sofia-basilikan och Sankt George Rotunda, och du kommer att se alla viktiga platser i stadens centrum, såsom: det gamla parlamentet, Sinod, Biblioteket, monumentet av kung Liberator, det gamla kungliga residenset, Nationalteatern, Largo-komplexet, ordförandeskapet, de romerska kvarlevorna, de gamla baden, domstolspalatset och mer! Fascinating history tour of Sofia. Guide was knowledgeable and spoke English fluently. Would recommend!
Very informative talk and covered alot of places really enjoyed getting so much information, the only thing I would say could improve it is if the information was not delivered so roboticly let a little of yourself through. Great value for the time you get and how much is covered

We had a fantastic 2.5-hour tour with Vasil, who was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. He gave us a great overview of Bulgarian history, from its beginnings right up to the present day, while also sharing interesting facts about the buildings and places around us. He was happy to answer all of the group’s questions and made the tour both informative and enjoyable.

Sofia: History and Heritage Tour with Vasil I recently joined the Sofia: History and Heritage tour led by Vasil, a young and incredibly knowledgeable guide. In just two hours, he managed to walk us through centuries of Sofia’s history with clarity, depth, and enthusiasm. He speaks excellent English and explains everything thoroughly, making the city’s past easy to understand and truly fascinating. Vasil showed us many interesting and important buildings, each with its own story, and he connected them beautifully to how Sofia was founded and developed through different eras. His pleasant personality, helpful attitude, and friendly nature made the experience even more enjoyable. If you want to learn a lot in a short time and see Sofia through the eyes of someone who genuinely loves and understands the city, this tour with Vasil is a wonderful choice.
