Looks great from the ground but rather disappointing when you are on it. Overpriced for sure and rather hot in the sunshine.

Regarding the ticket price, we would like to clarify that the amount you paid includes not only the attraction admission ticket but also the booking and service fees associated with your reservation. The experience gave us incredible views of scenery, marina area and the ocean/waterways. Admission fee was probably at the top end of the range you would expect to pay but would still consider the price reasonable for the experience. Length of our visit made it possible to make the ride a fill in slot for a morning or afternoon when doing something else on the day. Thre wasn’t really much of a wait as everything ran smoothly. The staff were excellent, friendly and eager to assist with any queries. lol yes we did get off the wrong stop on one occasion but they sorted the issue promptly with a smile.

This was such a great way to get amazing views of Singapore! The gondola was fun, but the glass bottom sky orb is definitely the way to go!

When we tried to board to cable car we discovered one of the tickets that we’d been sent by the supplier didn’t work. As a result we had to go back to the ticket office and purchase a new ticket. I later requested a refund of the ticket that I had purchased via Viator but they only agreed to refund approximately 60% of what I had paid (presumably this was what the ticket has cost them rather than what I was charged for it), I then had to escalate the issue twice and have finally been promised the remaining amount. Overall it turned out to be a very inconvenient way of buying tickets so I’d recommend just going to the ticket office direct. The cable car itself is worth doing, a little hot but great views, it’s just a shame the ticket didn’t work and that it was so hard to just get a refund of what I’d already paid to Viator.

It is quite unusual to us that the adult ticket worked successfully while the child ticket did not, as the child ticket is still reflecting as valid in our system. We have already raised this matter with the attraction for further investigation. As per your request, we immediately prioritized the matter and processed a refund for the ticket that did not work. Worth paying a little more for a skyorb, glass bottom and no one else in cabin. Great views over the bay.

Never received tickets, wouldn’t refund had to purchase them again when we arrived at the cable car
