What a terrible start to our visit to Universal Studios Singapore! We purchased our tickets online that morning through Viator, a TripAdvisor company, only to arrive at the gates and discover that our tickets were not accepted because they had been issued in barcode format rather than the required QR code format. This resulted in us having to speak with customer service at the entrance, followed by a frustrating 40-minute phone call to Viator in Sydney, who eventually had to reissue our tickets. Not exactly the smooth start to our Universal Studios experience that we had expected! Possibly barcode & QR codes need to be accepted at the gates or Viator needs to issue QR Codes.
this place was absolutely incredible! The experience was so much fun and honestly exceeded all my expectations. A big thank you to the company for their professionalism, support, and helpful tips that made our visit to Universal Studios Singapore even better.

Very good day at Universal Studios. Be careful, the park is not very big so it gets overwhelmed with people very quickly. In the morning, it was fine, but in the afternoon most of the attractions had a wait time of around 80 minutes.

The viator ticket didn’t work because it was a barcode, not a QR code. The staff at the park tried to help but couldn’t. I got in touch with the Viator chat who tried to contact the tour operator, no luck. They offered a full refund and I had to buy the tickets again at the park. It was a disappointing start to the day and a waste of one hour outside the park

Admission to the USS and the rides was seamless Sufficient fans for ventilation in the afternoon when it got a bit warm. Stayed for the parade at 7pm while having steak for dinner was a great experience

I had a fun time at Universal Studios Singapore. The park is clean and well-organized, with exciting rides like Transformers and Jurassic Park. Some rides had long waits or were closed, but overall it was a great experience. I’d rate it 4/5 and recommend visiting!

I had an amazing time at Universal Studios Singapore. The rides were super exciting, especially the roller coasters and the Transformers ride. The park is very well organized and the themed zones make you feel like you’re inside a movie. There are also plenty of fun photo spots and great food options around the park. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Singapore and I’d love to visit again! 🎢✨
