Absolute bliss. What a fantastic trip with great swimming, fishing and delicious food served onboard. The pure chill experienced as the sun starts to set over dia island is not to be missed. The saltly seadog captain and his crew mate were excellent. Just the right level of attentiveness but suitably relaxed to be enjoyable. Word of warning: Make sure if you book this trip that you are proactive at the meeting point as it's not clear where the boat departs from and there were lots of boats departing at the same time.

Since my husband Tom lived on a sailing boat for 3 years as a child, sailing has a special place in his heart. Unfortunately, the boat was sold long ago & we don't have a boat either. So, this sailing trip to Dia stood out to us on the Viator ideas for Eastern Crete! And all was TRULY what we hoped for! A brand new catamaran sailing ship (made in Bordeaux), shiny clean, captain Anthonis & his daughter Manoula sharing their interesting experiences with us while sailing to protected bird island Dia! The somewhat stronger winds made this is true sailing experience! The swimming at the secluded cove on Dia in deep, clear blue waters, the delicious lunch with traditional pasta/vegetables/tomato/garlic sauce, Greek salad, white wine, fresh fruits on board, getting to know the other members of the small group (we were 11 people from 4 countries + captain + 2 crew members = perfect small group of 14, so no crowds anywhere near here!) Add the easy booking process, the clear communication beforehand and on the day of the experience. TRULY, we had a wonderful wedding anniversary day!!! We wished we could have sneaked in with the afternoon group for a "copy & paste" of the trip!!! Thanks a million to captain Anthonis (please, keep living your life to the full!), Manoula (please, make a wonderful career after graduating as a psychologist) & Green Cruises (please, add such amazing gems like the Sea Dream to your fleet)!!! Amazing experience, has incredible comforts up, down and in the boat!! We had a comfortable trip and when we arrived Diya gave us masks and frogs to swim!! They were very hospitable asking us all the time if we needed anything.. The table was rich of food and delicious!! I highly recommend ❤️❤️
Incredible day on a beautiful Catamaran to the island of Dias. The staff and organisation was fantastic, snorkelling, sunbathing incredible food too! We had a wonderful day! Well worth the money.
The day was absolutely amazing! 110% your money's worth with lovely turquoise sea and Mediterranean sun. Such professionalism from the crew, 10/10
A lovely day visiting the island, both hosts very warm and welcoming. Although there isn’t much to see (just fish and crystal clear waters) it’s a lovely relaxing day. The Greek salad and chicken for lunch was delicious - very fresh.
This was arguably my favorite sailing experience! The sailboat was very comfortable and spacious...perfect for a group of friends or family. The service was amazing mostly due to our Captain, Yannis, who not only ensured a safe and comfortable journey, he also was very knowledgable about local history. I loved sailing with Yannis so much that I booked a second tour a couple weeks later. I cannot wait to keep sailing with this boat and captain for summers to come.
Great tour and service!! It was a unique walk, where we managed to see the beauty of the island and want to go every year!! Anyone who hasn’t gone yet, don’t waste time...
