The staff was very polite and professional. They explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Once in the water they checked on us several times to make sure we were ok, and one of the ladies in our group got sacred and when she gave the signal to go up they took her up immediately. We had an great time
This experience was so much fun! We didn’t know what to expect but it exceeded any expectations we did have. The booking process was seamless and the communication from the group was thorough and on point from start to finish. They were very detailed, gave explicit instructions, and available to answer any questions leading up to the excursion. The boat crew made the trip fun as well. They were engaging with our group, made us laugh, and kept us safe. 10/10 would 100% recommend and do again!
The crew was amazing helping us getting in and out of all the boats. Strong sturdy support! The snorkeling was great and they even put bread in the water to make the fishes 🐟 come to us. Being in the open water like that was a little nerve racking but the crew kept making sure we were okay. Scuba doo WAS AMAZING AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! The turning on them wasn't too strong but could be cause I am a larger pretty lady but the diver supporting me made sure I still got to see all the cool things.
The only part i really enjoyed was the Scuba doo themselves. Was a unique experience, which only lasted 20 minutes. Was not impressed with the lack of information and communication from the Viator company and the driver of our shuttle. There wasn't much to see in the scuba doo, snorkeling or the glass bottom boat. Nor did we get a snack along with the 1 drink we were offered, which was advertised when booking. (Very menial detail I know). But, it was nice to get out for a half day with friends. To meet new people and see some of the surrounding scenery. Also got some great pictures of the scuba doo ($75), some of which gave us a good laugh.
They cancelled on us the day before our excursion and outside the window of cancellation for a full refund. I had to call customer service to demand a full refund. Horrible experience!
it was a fun experience for the first-timer like me for sure; however it was very brief and because the tour guide was giving baits to attract fish, the visibility was not the great. the machine was wired and follow the exact route.
Cool experience once you get under the water. Alot of waiting for others to go before and after you.
This was a super cool experience! The tour guides were fun and the machines were cool. Definitely reminded me of scooby doo. Boat ride was amazing and the snorkeling was fun! You’ll see a million fish
absolutely amazing experience. no time to be scared you have to just go for it! could be better fish to view but still amazing
It’s fantastic for the price. I would recommend it for singles and families. The only issues I will mention is the bikes are guided by the scuba team so you are not actually in control or operating the device. They do need to change the glass as the current conditions of the glass on the helmet make it hard to focus on the aquatic life underwater. Again, for the money, it was absolutely worth it.
