Best transfer we’ve ever used!!! They sent a video on where to meet that was very helpful! So they were easy to find. Everything went very smoothly. Drivers were courteous and welcoming. We’ve visited the DR many times and this was the easiest transfer we’ve ever used. Return trip was on time and went very smoothly as well.
If I could give zero stars I would ,we arrived to DR paid extra for nice accommodations and two booster seats for small children we waited for 30 min no vehicle to pick us up, then they made us walk to a busy highway when everyone else was getting picked up in front the worst broken down van arrived with a baby car seat that was disgusting and broken and one booster that had no attachments, we were in a van with no working seatbelts, they refunded us and apologized and promised to make it up to us on the way back, we then allowed them to try and were promised all the things and then at 10am when we were waiting outside they texted they would be late 20 min I can’t believe this we had to take a taxi with again no boosters for my children, this is not as advertised not reliable, save yourself the trouble ! I have only taken the time maybe three times in my 45 years to write a bad review of that tells you I am not hard to please, do better !!
Loved how on time they were. The service was great. Highly recommend. They waited patiently for us as we checked in with immigration and grabbed our luggage.

on the return date of pickup to return airport, we were to be picked up @10am. We were at the Riu REpublica lobby by 9:15am, 9:38 i sent txt message to tour company asking what was the name of there due to few other tour operator talking that a tour van was not admitted to Riu property he did not have authorize to come in property. it was very stressful & hecti.c @ 10.04 i get call from tour to talk to lobby to let the driver in, i was told by lobby personal the driver does not have proper docutments to be admitted in RIU property. i was very stress, worried, i finally ask for a ride bye another taxi that was in property, i had several calls, & txt message as the , Best Punta Can tours has damaged the highly reputation i had in trusted with Vitaor. The last txt message for me to give email address so they can transmit refund. I would like a refund made to orgnial form of payment.
Dear Sylvia Acevedo, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely regret the stressful situation you encountered on your departure day. After reviewing the booking, our records show that our driver arrived at the hotel on time for your scheduled 10 minutes before 10:00 AM pickup. The vehicle assigned to your service had all the required documentation and authorization to operate. As we explained during our communication, we have unfortunately experienced recurring issues at this hotel where some bell staff and security personnel have prevented our drivers from entering the property or informed guests that our vehicles were not authorized, even when they were, and were hold at the main gate , and not letting the client take a cart to go to the main gate to go with our driver . We have formally reported these incidents to the hotel's management because they create unnecessary confusion for our customers. In all cases guests have been told to use local taxis despite already having prepaid private transportation,and our company had dropped them off inside the hotel from the airport , so they can receive money from the taxi company. We completely understand that, from your perspective, this was a very stressful situation. Although the issue was beyond our driver's control, we did not want you to bear the consequences. For that reason, we issued you a full refund for your reservation, including the arrival transfer that was successfully provided from the airport to your hotel. We value every customer and work hard to maintain the high standards expected by Viator travelers. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps document situations like this and supports our ongoing efforts to prevent them from happening again.
