Sacred Valley & saltmines Tour (En resa till hjärtat av Inkas)

07:00 lämnar vi staden Cusco på väg till Chincheros, en pittoresk stad känd för sin imponerande koloniala kyrka och sina jordbruksterrasser, där du kan lära dig konsten att traditionell väva. Sedan beger vi oss till Salineras de Maras, ett unikt landskap med tusentals små saltpooler som använts sedan före Inkatiden. Senare utforskade vi Moray, ett arkeologiskt komplex av cirkulära terrasser som tros fungera som ett jordbruksforskningscenter för att experimentera med olika mikroklimat. Efter en utsökt lunch i Urubamba (Tunupa Restaurant), hjärtat av den heliga dalen, besöker vi Ollantaytambo, en imponerande inkafästning, känd för sina enorma terrasser och sin historia som en av de sista motståndsbastionerna. Slutligen kommer vi till Pisac, med dess spektakulära arkeologiska komplex på bergstoppen, inklusive tempel, torg och ett kanalsystem. Vi avslutar med återresan till staden Cusco

It was a wonderful experience. Paul was our guia and he was amazing. Talked about the different places and archaeological sites. He is very knowledgeable. We also went to a very nice restaurant with an amazing Peruvian food.

Very complete the fantastic tour!
This tour is a great way to see the sacred valley and learn about Inka culture. We found our guide to be very informative and open to answering questions. There are free bathrooms along the way and a great buffet lunch. There is a small amount of walking involved but it requires low-moderate fitness. Note that there is a 20S pp entry fee into the salt mines which you must bring cash for.
We loved the tour and everything we saw and did, is a very complete experience. The best thing was our guide JC with whom we learned a lot.
