VIKTIGT MEDDELANDE ANGÅENDE UPPHÄMTNING OCH TRANSPORT Observera att upphämtning finns tillgänglig i Funchals centrum och det största turisthotellområdet. Vissa områden, inklusive gågator, historiska gator i Funchal och platser med begränsad åtkomst för den typ av transport vi använder, kanske inte är lämpliga för direkt upphämtning. Fantastic couple of days touring around this island. On day one we had Gloria who took us around the eastern side of the island, and on day two it was Lionel. We had a mixture of languages in the minibus and the guides switched effortlessly between languages to ensure everyone understood everything they were explaining and describing. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and funny, and both catered excellently to me as I was using my walking stick. They ensured I was ok at every stop. For the price, I cannot rate this highly enough - this trip is excellent for getting out of Funchal and around the island, from the villages by the beaches to the forests and mountain peaks.

The guides on both days were very good and we got much more out of our tours than we would have done if we had just hired a car. However, on the first day the tour was a large group on a coach (so not a small group as advertised). This meant 1/2hr plus picking up other guests. Presumably as a consequence of this and in order to finish on time, we didn’t stop in Machico as advertised in the itinerary, which was disappointing. The second day we were in a minibus, which was much better.

This is a great two day tour that gives you a flavour of different parts of the island. Our tour guide, Lionel, was informative, entertaining and helpful - he loves to tell a joke!

Fantastic days out with my girlfriend. This was my third time in Madeira and this was a perfect refresher. The guides on both days were wonderful people, great for having a laugh with. Brilliant for experiencing this special island. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommend 🙌

It was 2 days long comprehensive tour of the island. Tour guide Lionel is excellent and his driving skill was superb in navigating steep and curve to the peaks ( pico). He is humorous and kind to guests NB: The tour is not for young children as there is nothing to attract them, and would recommend Viatror set an age limited since that was not far for the children as well as fellow guests.

Excellent tour of the fabulous Madeira. Glória was our guide. She was so knowledgeable about the area and was punctual arriving for pickup and delivery. I especially appreciated the excellent communication via WhatsApp regarding all aspects of the tour. Five stars!
