Easy to follow audio guided tour
Meeting place easy to find. Tickets given and instructions on how to download the audio guide easy to follow. Queue was long but moved quite quickly so didn't have to wait too long.
Operatörens svar
Amanda, smooth beginnings can make all the difference, so we’re glad the meeting point was easy to find and the audio guide setup was simple to follow.
Even with a longer queue, it’s good to hear it kept moving and didn’t take too much time away from your Pantheon visit. Thank you for sharing such practical feedback with future travelers too!
Best regards,

Last minute with Crown Tours!
Needed same day ticket and crown tours delivered. Paid a price for it but worth it. Mirana and her colleague were very patient getting us all set up with audio download.

Mirana and her colleague helped turn a last-minute plan into an easy Pantheon visit. Their patience with the audio download is a great example of how the little practical details can shape the whole experience. Thanks for letting us know it felt worth it.

I did the self-guided audio tour. It was easy to find the staff member near the Pantheon and the ticket allowed me to bypass the longest lines to get in. The audio guide was sufficiently helpful.

It is very effective. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable.
The skip-the-line pass is very effective. So much better than buying tickets on-site. People waited for hours while we entered in a few minutes.

The company is very organized, and thankfully will send a video in their email on how to locate the meeting point! We were lost in the crowd until I watched it. Skip the line is a must here. The lines were extremely long and we were able to walk right up and enter. The audio tour was informative and not too long.
Operatörens svar

Pantheon a bust
We were 10 minutes late to our meeting place and there was no one there. You don’t get a ticket with this booking, but instead you get a voucher. You are then supposedly given the ticket after meeting someone, which didn’t happen with us.
Operatörens svar
Dear Mark,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. Please note that our staff remains at the meeting point for a limited time, as Pantheon tickets are strictly timed and require punctual entry.
We kindly invite you to contact us at feedback@crowntours.com so we can look into this matter further and assist you.
Best regards,

Well organized and interesting way to experience the Pantheon
This is an advance ticket and audio guide that you download on your phone. Very simple. The tour staff who met me were super friendly; Ella even walked me around the corner to the Pantheon and offered to wait in line with me to be sure there were no issues. Now that's great service! The Pantheon is well worth seeing. It isn't extensive though, so 30 minutes is really enough time to see everything and listen to all the info in the guide. I found it interesting and informative. Definitely would recommend this activity.
Operatörens svar
Thank you for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear that you found the experience well organized and easy to follow, and that the audio guide helped make your visit informative and enjoyable. We're especially happy to hear that Ella’s assistance made your experience even smoother.
We hope to welcome you again on another tour soon.
