Rodney Bay Food Tour av LUCIAN FOOD TOURS

Amazing food tour around Rodney Bay with Lucian Food Tours, led by Silma. It was a small group and we tried lots of different food around the area. Salt fish / doubles (my favourite) / stewed chicken and provisions / local piton beer and 80% proof homemade spiced rum / coconut turnover. Not only did we enjoy lots of delicious food but Silma told us a lot of information about St Lucia and Rodney Bay. I’ve visited this part of the island before but it was nice to see a different side of it. Thank you to Jasmine for finding a space for me at such short notice. I had a great time and would highly recommend

We had a really enjoyable time on this tour. We always like to try the local food on our travels and our guide Silma was very good at explaining to us exactly what we were eating. We had breakfast, some street food, lunch, a drink or two (if you don't find the home made rum too strong!) and finally pudding. I had never tasted any of it before and everything was very tasty, but my absolute favourite has to be the doubles. It was very easy walking around the 5 different stops and I would definitely recommend the tour as a great way to spend a morning learning about the local cuisine and the area.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Silma. The food and service was excellent. We enjoyed supporting local businesses and Silma was an exceptional guide who provided us with so much history of the island.

We had a great time. We were lucky as it was just the 3 of us so it was a very personal tour. Silma was an excellent guide and the food and drink were amazing. Thoroughly recommend this as a morning well spent in excellent and knowledgeable company. It was an easy walk around the 5 different stops and Silma included lots of local knowledge, humour and went above and beyond to help us out. Rodney Bay is a colourful, friendly and vibrant town, and the Marina is lovely. Seriously, book it!

It was a really good food tour. Jasmine (our tour guide) gave us loads of information about the island's history and we really felt we had the best St Lucian food around. The tour was super local to Rodney bay so minimal walking but we got loads of suggestions of places to eat. The homemade rum was the highlight as I've never had that before (but be warned it is 80% proof). Overall, a great food tour and Jasmine was an amazing guide! Most do tour if you want to experience local cuisine and learn more about the island!

We had a great time on this tour with Silma as our guide. It is a small group tour in a casual atmosphere with authentic food that will definitely fill you up. Silma made the tour great. She is adorable and lots of fun! Great way to spend some time on the Island. I even got to introduce Silma to a song by Prince she was not familiar with! Nothing like making memories! Thanks Silma!

Fun walk round Rodney Bay. Great introduction to local food and drink. Jasmine was a fun and friendly guide. The food was all delicious but without doubt the “double” was the highlight! Highly recommended

Not only does Jasmine take you to some incredible local food stops, she provided us some very interesting history and fun facts about Saint Lucia. She definitely made the entire experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Great job Jasmine!

We absolutely loved this St Lucia food tour—honestly one of the highlights of the trip. It’s not just about eating (although there’s plenty of that!), it’s a really fun and interesting way to get to know the island. You visit five different spots, all with something a bit different, so it never feels repetitive. The food was great—proper local dishes you probably wouldn’t find on your own—and it was nice trying things we wouldn’t normally order. What made it stand out was how much we learned along the way. The guide shared loads of information about the food, the history, and the culture, but in a really easy, relaxed way—not like a lecture at all. It just felt like chatting while walking and eating. The rum and local beer stops were a big bonus too—really good and generous tastings, with some great stories behind them. The whole tour had such a good vibe. Really friendly, lots of energy, and the guide made sure everyone felt included and involved. It just felt like a group of people having a great time together. Would 100% recommend if you’re in St Lucia—such a fun way to explore and you leave full, happy, and knowing a lot more about the island.
