Hämtning på boende i Kapstaden. Du kommer att få en delad transfer från ditt hotell i Kapstaden till Silo District där du kommer att eskorteras till Nelson Mandela Gateway. Här kommer du att chartra ett delat museum till Robben Island där du kommer att mötas av en före detta politisk fånge som kommer att leda rundturen på ön. (Observera att vår reseguide/chaufför inte kommer att följa med dig på rundturen på Robben Island-museet.) Hela turen varar +-4 timmar vilket inkluderar hotellhämtning. Under en del av turen kommer du att transporteras runt ön med buss, innan du besöker Nelson Mandelas fängelsecell och tar den långa promenaden till friheten. Vid vår ankomst tillbaka till bryggan möter din reseguide/förare dig vid ingången till Nelson Mandela Gateway för ditt nästa stopp.
Efter Robben Island Tour möter du din chaufför som väntar på dig vid Waterfront gateway, han kommer att rekommendera den bästa restaurangen för lunch. Efter lunch fortsätter turen till det vackraste Taffelberget, här tar du dig runt i linbanans varukorg för att se den hisnande vackra utsikten över Kapstaden. Du får möjlighet att ta så många bilder du vill. OBSERVERA: Taffelbergets entrébiljetter ingår endast när du väljer alternativet "Alla biljetter ingår".
Känd som Malay Quarter är det färgstarka Bo-Kaap. En mångkulturell stadsdel dominerande befolkad av muslimer. Bo-Kaap innehåller den största koncentrationen av arkitektur från före 1850 i Sydafrika och det är det äldsta bevarade bostadsområdet i Kapstaden. Här kommer du att uppleva de vackra regnbågshusen, lära dig mer om Bo-Kaaps historia och kultur, smaka på utsökt Cape Malay-mat på en av de finaste restaurangerna, få mingla med lokalbefolkningen och ta massor av konstnärliga, färgglada hisnande bilder.
Den äldsta trädgården, parken och kulturarvet i Sydafrika. Det skapades ursprungligen 1650 anledningen till att odla och producera färsk mat för att fylla upp fartygen runt udden. Det var också startpunkten för den 30 000 man starka demonstrationen som leddes av ärkebiskop Desmond Tutu 1989 och där Tutu myntade frasen "regnbågsmänniskor" för att beskriva mångfalden av Sydafrikas befolkning. Trädgården är hem för överväldigande berömda ekorrar, du kan köpa en påse med nötter för att mata dem, en sak som barn älskar är att mata ekorrar. Maten är att dö för eftersom de serverar traditionell kaptonsk mat tillsammans med standardlunch, maten är enkel men utsökt. Trädgården är också hem för South African National Gallery, den har tillfälliga utställningar av några av landets främsta konstnärer och enstaka internationella konstnärer. Det här är ett bra sätt att tillbringa några timmar och mata ekorrarna, smaka på den kaptonska maten och få gå på en konstutställning på South African National Gallery.
En 44-årig både storstadskyrka i den anglikanska kyrkan i Sydafrika och en församling. Denna kyrka användes som ett religiöst och politiskt säte av den första svarta ärkebiskopen av Kapstaden, Desmond Tutu. Den bortgångne ärkebiskopen Desmond Tutu var internationellt känd för att leda en aktivistisk anti-apartheidrörelse härifrån, han bjöd in människor av alla raser och bakgrunder till denna kyrka och av denna anledning erkändes katedralen av många som en symbol för demokrati. Fönstren av målat glas är mycket tilltalande och tvärs över ligger en del av Berlinmuren.
En holländsk-reformerad kyrka i Kapstaden och den äldsta platsen för kristen gudstjänst i Sydafrika byggdes 1841 av Herman Schuette. Denna kyrka är mittpunkten på bildtorget, som står strax under 150 fot, tornet reser sig från den dubbla tvärskeppsbyggnaden medan skyhöga målade glasfönster och ett högt fatvalvt tak pryder interiören.

Robben Island was great. The tour guide on the bus and the in the prison were very knowledgeable and great captivating speakers. Amiable took us on the city tour afterwards and he was very knowledgeable about the history of cape town and ZAR in general. I would do this tour again for sure.

Overcharged by a HUGE amount by Cape Tours Do NOT use this company Cape Tours to book this tour - they overcharged by 230 GBP!! I really recommend you book direct with Robben Island, and save yourself over 200 GBP! Unfortunately Aim Cape Tours are overcharging by a HUGe amount!! I hope this review can help save you some GBP.

I was a little leery of this tour after reading reviews that described disorganiztion, but our experience was very smooth despite the necessary handoffs. Our Viator guide brought us all to the ferry station, and stayed behind as Robben Island has their own well trained bus tour guides and then ex prisoner guides for the high security prison. Our Viator guide was clearly waiting for us upon return, it was an easy rendezvous. We had lunch at the top of Table Mountain, I would recommend waiting to buy tram tickets until on site, as the trams shut down in heavy winds. Our driver took us to the kiosk which is apparently the best kept secret in the world as there were lines at the ticket booths, but absolutely no one at the kiosk!

We had the best time with our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, Amiable! What makes this tour standout from others is the extra town visits - bo kapp and the gardens and the history of the churches were my faves! The Robben Island tour was informative with previous inmate sharing his personal stories and the history of the island. The table mountain cable car is a must! We were blessed with a stunningly perfect day - not windy and clear skies - it was actually an advantage the tour ticket does not include the cable car tickets as the local weather on top of the mountain is unpredictable so there will be days it will be closed. Plus, the tickets are easy to buy on the day! So yes, I highly recommend this tour, worth every dollar! Kudos to the operators!
