Bo-kaap är en av de äldsta stadsdelarna i Kapstaden. Flankerad av staden Kapstaden i väster och signalkullen i öster, är det ett område som anses vara ett av de första permanenta hemmen för de frigivna slavarna i Kapprovinsen i mitten av 1800-talet. Inbäddat mellan den berömda bergskedjan Tolv apostlar och en orörd granitvit sandstrand ligger Camps Bay-förorten A.K.A Beverly-kullarna i Kapstaden! Hout Bay är kärleksfullt känd som "Republiken Hout Bay på grund av att den är isolerad från alla andra städer av berg och Atlanten. Staden har fått sitt namn efter en inhemsk skog som en gång trivdes här, och idag stoltserar den med en av Kapstadens mest trafikerade fiskehamnar, skaldjursrestaurang i världsklass och en mängd turistaktiviteter.
Efter att ha utforskat Hout Bay. Vår resa fortsätter längre söderut via den världsberömda Chapmans topptur. En toppmodern bergsväg! Många fotomöjligheter kommer att erbjudas när du slingrar dig in och ut ur Chapmans topptur och njuter av några av Kapstadens mest natursköna vyer. Cape Point Strutsfarm ligger 100 meter från Cape Point National Park Gates huvudentré. Strutsar på gården kan ses från vägkanten. Men om du vill ha ett mycket närmare möte med strutsarna, kör din Guide dig gärna in på gården där du kan titta på strutsar från nära håll, ta bilder och även mata dem.
Cape Point nationalpark är 7700 till ytan och är hem till världens rikaste blomsterriket. Över 2000 olika växtarter i Kapprovinsens blomsterrike växer här naturligt och 70% av dem är endemiska för detta område. Djurliv som antiloper, strutsar, fåglar, zebror och babianer kallar också denna plats hem. Din Guide kommer att köra dig runt i parken, berätta intressanta historier om de tidiga upptäcktsresande, flora och även göra stopp för dig att ta bilder. VARNING: Håll fönstren stängda för att hålla babianer ute när du är inne i fordonet. Håll avstånd till babianer när du är utanför fordonet. Utfodring av babianer är strängt förbjudet.
På Cape Point Peak och över 400 meter över havet finns den oanvända fyren Cape Point. Det är också den 3: e äldsta fyren och nådigt lockar vandrare från Cape Point parkering på daglig basis. Utsikten från Cape Point Lighthouse är några av de bästa in och ut ur Kapstaden och skulle vandring inte vara något för dig, kan du få tillgång till fyren med en bergbana mot extra kostnad.
Godahoppsudden är den afrikanska kontinentens sydvästra hörn. Atlantens och Indiska oceanens strömmar delar här gemensamma grunder. Udden med goda hopps vatten är också känd för att skryta med det mest varierande marina livet i världen. Du kommer att ha möjlighet att göra några promenader eller till och med vandring. En stor skylt som välkomnar dig till detta berömda och viktiga landmärke i sjöfartshistorien är populär bland besökare som köar varje dag för att ta en bild med skylten.
Simons stad fick sitt namn efter en guvernör med samma namn, Simon Van Der Stel som grundade denna stad i slutet av 1600-talet som en lästrand under vintermånaderna. Idag fungerar Simons stad till stor del som marinens hamnstad och är också lätt att identifiera genom sina viktorianska byggnader längs huvudvägen. Staden kan också skryta med några av Kapstadens bästa och färskaste skaldjursrestauranger, Boulders Beach samt kaffe och glass på en solig dag. Du kan välja att äta lunch här på en valfri restaurang.
Boulders Beach är hem för den utrotningshotade afrikanska pingvinen. Det är också en av de enda två fastlandspingvinkolonierna i Sydafrika. En strandpromenad anlades här för att förhindra alltför stor kränkning av pingvinens fred för att bromsa den afrikanska pingvinens utrotningstakt och även ge besökare en chans att säkert se pingvinerna från nära håll och ta bilder. ANMÄRKNING: Det är inte tillåtet att röra vid eller mata pingviner.
Kalk bay som betyder Kalkstone bay på ett lokalt språk är en välbärgad fiskeby som vilar mellan den falska bukten och bergen på Kaphalvön. Framröstad av tidningen Forbes som en av de 12 coolaste platserna att bo på i världen. Restauranger, teatrar, butiker och konstgallerier gör denna stad till den mest levande staden på södra halvön förorter i Kapstaden.

We had a 10 out of 10 Day with Kelvin. The tour exceeded our expectations. We learned so much from Kelvin about South Africa’s history. We saw incredible animals from penguins to baboons, all while experiencing stunning vistas. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cape Town. It was a great first day in Cape Town.

I really enjoyed the trip and the landscapes! Candy, our guide, was kind and attentive, always ready to take photos of us and to share interesting facts and anecdotes about each place. Litha drove with safety and professionalism, making the journey comfortable and pleasant. Table Mountain was closed for maintenance, so they arranged in advance a boat trip to see seals. The whole tour was very well organized, I highly recommend it!

Amazing tour! Incredible stops on Signal Hill, Boulder Penguins, Cape Hope and many other spots. Tour guide Danson was very impressive and engaging with his sharing of knowledge about the history of Africa and the greater Cape Town area. If you can only do one tour, do this one.

Its the best way to do the sight seeing around Cape Town !! You dont have to worry about the planning and logistics. Best part is the amazing tour guide and driver you get on the trip. Nana and Zane were amazing throughout the trip, and needless to say, all the locations on the itinerary were breathtaking!!

Our tour guide, Candice, was very good. I have poor hearing but was able to understand her. She checked in with each of us regularly and was always ready to help with photos. She was also very knowledgeable. The van was newer and had usb-c ports at each seat for phone charging — nice touch. The seats were comfortable as was the climate control. The tour description is deceptive. It lists three main sites, but we visited at least ten. The penguins were the highlight. If anything, the tour was too long ( could have skipped the ostrich farm, for example). I was worn out before the end. Still, a great value, so hard to complain. I barely made it back to my hotel for a 6:30 meeting, so be warned you might not make it back before 7 PM or later. Pick up and drop off at my hotel were perfect. All of this good, and yet the table mountain cable car was down due to maintenance.
