Den globalt Utmärkelsen Altitude Tours presenterar Twilight Wine & Craft Beer Tour – en eftermiddag där valet är ditt. Designad för unga i hjärtat och alla som är nyfikna på lokal vinframställning och bryggning, besöker denna livliga upplevelse tre källardörrar och bryggeriplatser över Gibbston och Arthurs Point. Vid varje stopp kan du välja mellan vin- eller hantverksölprovningar, vilket gör det perfekt för par, vänner eller ensamresenärer med olika smak. Du kommer att vara värd för passionerad källardörr personal och din kunniga lokala Guide. Turen avslutas med delade antipastotallrikar vid sista stoppet innan du återvänder till Queenstown runt 19:00 — precis i tid för middagsplaner eller några fler drinkar ute i Queenstown staden.

Det första stoppet på turnén är GT Tasting Room, som ligger vid den historiska Gibbston Tavern. Gästerna har möjlighet att välja en vin eller lokal hantverksölprovning. Vinet odlas och produceras i Gibbston-regionen och ölet kommer från ett lokalt bryggeri bara 1 km på vägen. Lär dig om den unika Gibbston-regionen för att producera viner i världsklass och njut av smakerna av vad lokalbefolkningens öldrickare konsumerar.
Nästa är en kort bilresa längre in i Gibbston regionen vid Kinross Cellar Door. Här är en värd vinprovning med Kinross och deras 4 boutique vinpartners. Prova en droppe från varje 5 producenter inklusive några av de mest prisbelönta Pinot Noirs i världen. Om du föredrar öl, här kommer du att ha möjlighet att smaka 4 läckra lokala öl, med självguidade smaknoter för att hjälpa till att tyda smakerna av ölen. Under den sittande provningen kommer du att kunna njuta av läckra charkbrädor.
Slutligen kör vi ca 20 minuter tillbaka till Queenstown Marina till Altitude Brewery. Nu är det dags att slå sig ner, koppla av och umgås med gruppen med provsmakande flygresor av både lokalt producerade, högklassiga boutiqueviner eller de hantverksmässigt tillverkade ölsorterna som produceras av Altitude innan ni återvänder säkert till Queenstown lagom till middagen.

overall, quite terrific. Our tour guide Shanay was a energetic, super fun person. The first “platter”at Gibson Tavern was chips and salsa, not appropriate for this type of tour! Kinross Winery was FANTASTIC with terrific charcuterie boards as expected, made it all good…. Wood overall highly recommend this experience.

Did the evening tour as an optional activity for g-adventures. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide Caleb was great - and very funny!! Both vineyards and craft beer were great and drinks/food were excellent!

Tour was excellent. Ana -our guide- was amazing. Fun with the group with good selection of wineries along the way. Ana helped fill in questions and provided more infor on the region as well. Have been on other wine excursions. This was the best we’ve done.

Visited 2 wineries and 1 brewery. All 3 were very interesting and had great products. We had a fun time with our guide, Edina, and our group clicked. That’s important to having a good time.

A fantastic tour, good wines and beers, and our Tour Guide, Shanai was brilliant. She certainly made it an occasion. The fee was very reasonable, especially with the platters included, and the four hour tour was just right. A great afternoon that suited a small group, and I would recommend this tour.
