One cenote more impressive than the other! Tour guide Blanca and the driver Raúl have taken good care of us throughout the day and provided interesting information. The cenotes themselves were completely different and each impressive in its own way.

What an experience!!! One of the best things we did in Mexico. My wife and I especially enjoyed the Santa Barbara Cenotes. Because it was a private tour, we were able to get to the cenotes before anyone else arrived. For the first 20 minutes of so we had the cenote all to ourselves - an experience my wife and I will never forget. Gabriel was our guide and he was outstanding. He took care of ever detail and was very knowledgeable about the culture and history of the Yucatan. I very much enjoyed talking to him. If you are thinking about this tour, don't hesitate to book it. You will be glad you did.

This trip exceeded our expectations. Ale was the most knowledgeable and professional guide, who looked after us with a lot of patience and care. We visited 5 cenotes, each different from another and each exceptionally beautiful and amazing. The first three at Santa Barbara were very quiet with very few people, the next two were busy but the tour was organised in a way that it didn't really matter. Everything happened exactly on time as arranged, we were offered snacks and drinks including beer. We had a really nice lunch at Santa Barbara (own expense) and joined hacienda tour at Mucuyche (costs included in the tour) was very interesting. Ale and the driver Gorge looked after us really well, we've had amazing time.

I travelled alone to Yucatan and decided to hire this private tour of 6 cenotes, the best known and seen on social networks. Some friends recommended that I do it on my own, as they told me that it was easy to get there and that once I got to the villages, the same locals would charge me a taxi and take me to the cheapest places. But none of this is correct, don't take risks and save a few pesos, it's not worth it. I can assure you that hiring this private tour is best. I contacted Travelezza and am very grateful for the excellent pre, during and after sales service. I was touched by a wonderful driver the best private guide and personalized, who was punctual when arriving at the hotel, very attentive, empathetic and with great knowledge of cenotes, Mayan history and about the Yucatan region, ahhh and good sense of humor. We reached the first 4 cenotes, the place is called Santa Barbara, and good thing I hired it with this agency, because we arrived early in the morning and it seemed that the place was exclusive to me, I enjoyed the 4 cenotes 100% clean and very beautiful, always with my guide by my side, gave me all the time in the world to swim and relax, I felt very safe and calm. After finishing the first part of the tour, we moved in the Mini Van to Mucuyché, the second place to visit on this tour, also private hacienda with a shared tour internally. If I hadn’t hired private, I wouldn’t have found that place, difficult to get to, along the way they offered me snacks and a minibar full of drinks. We arrived in Mucuyche, and the group inside with the local guide was small, my private guide entered with me, always by my side until inside the cenotes, so I feel privileged to have always been careful, accompanied me and everything that the local guide did not mention, she complemented it during the tour, ahhhh and took a thousand photos. I feel lucky to have hired Travelezza. I can advise anyone who reads this review that it is best to book this private tour and not risk going it alone. It is all worth it and every dollar invested I assure you is well invested, it was my best tour in Yucatan. I'll go back and rehire this agency. If I could give them 10 stars, I would give them:)

It is a tour that is very worthwhile, I did not know which cenotes to go to out of so many that exist in Mérida, but my family and I really loved this tour, the passion that the guide Blanca Gamboa has, transmits that love for Mayan culture, she has a lot of experience, we definitely plan to return and take the tours with her. These cenotes are beautiful. Miguel the driver, also super friendly and polite. We had an incredible experience, both from the cenotes and from the guide and driver. Blanca & Israel were AMAZING!!!!! The service, communication, and information during booking was also great! I loved how easy it was to book on WhatsApp and get everything ready to go! We were on a tight schedule and they actually recommended to pick us up at the airport and go straight from there! That was such a great idea as we were on a tight schedule!! I absolutely love a private tour - water, snacks, comfortable car, great tour guides! It makes everything way better! I loved learning the history and culture. I would recommend them to anybody!! This was a great day trip from Merida for a family. We saw a variety of cenotes and a historic hacienda, and our guide was helpful and knowledgeable about everything we asked him, from history, to language, to animal and plant ID. It was a great way to start our family vacation in the Yucatán.
