Första stoppet: Ananuri Complex – ett historiskt residens för Argveti Dukes. Utforska kyrkor och torn från 1500-1700-talen och njut av fantastisk utsikt över Jinvalireservoaren. Ananuri fästningskomplex är en historisk fästning från feodaltiden med anor från 1500-1800-talet, belägen nära byn Ananuri i östra Georgien. Beläget på den georgiska militärvägen i Mtskheta-Mtianeti-regionen, i början av Jinvali-reservoaren och 900 meter över havet, erbjuder det fantastisk utsikt och en fascinerande inblick i Georgiens förflutna.

An Exceptional Tour Guide in Georgia! Our one-week trip around Georgia, from Tbilisi to Borjomi and other beautiful destinations, was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was because of our amazing tour guide, Louie. 🇬🇪❤️ Louie is extremely professional, knowledgeable, hands-on, and attentive. He didn't just take us from one place to another—he made sure we experienced the beauty of Georgia, were comfortable throughout the journey, and enjoyed every moment. What impressed us the most was how he went above and beyond our expectations. He was always ready to help, recommend the best places, and make sure everything went smoothly. And an incredible bonus—Louie is also a professional photographer/ videographer ! 📸 He knows the best viewpoints and angles and captured so many beautiful photos of us and our memories together. Insane trip. Louis guided us around Tbilisi and then the one day mountain trip. In a week I feel we saw 3 weeks. Super fun, light and educated tour. Also great music and insane taste in GOOD restaurants. If you want a real deal original non tourist—trap experience, BOOK!

This private full-day tour to Kazbegi and Gudauri was simply magical. I went with friends, and the dramatic mountain landscapes, the historic Gergeti Trinity Church, and the peaceful atmosphere of the region blew us away. Louis is the pure local who knows every hidden spot to take good photos, and he is friendly enough to be both tour guide and safe driver. We spent the day with him with pleasure and great moments. It’s a wise decision to do so compare the next day we took the public bus back to Tbilis, which is an oven-like experience. Wish we could have more days so that we can explore more with Louis~
