The driver was a tiny bit late, but OTOH, our flight to did arrive quite early. I had to contact the company to get an update about the status of our ride. The driver did arrive close to on time, and we had an uneventful ride to our destination. This was a good service.

Beware. I thought I was making the smart move by prepaying for my transfer from the airport to the hotel but still get charged an additional $40 US. My flight arrived at 4:29 instead of the scheduled 3:40. I was outside at the transfer pick up point at: 5:45. I was then told my driver had been waiting for 2 hours and had to leave therefore there would be an additional charge. I thought that because we were required to give flight information they would have been aware of the delay. We then had to wait 20 minutes for a vehicle. I guess this would have worked if there were no delays.

However, although your flight landed at 4:29 PM, our driver waited for over an hour and could not locate you at the designated meeting point during that time. Unfortunately, after extended waiting and no contact, the vehicle had to move on to its next assignment. We truly regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Did the job, got us there, but no English so we went a direction that was 10 minutes longer. Still all safe, clean, and delivered us to where we said in the reservation.

The transfer zone at the IST airport is very accessible, first of all. Our driver was very polite and professional. We had a very comfortable Mercedes van, that fit the 4 of us and all of our luggage easily. Our driver was very, but because of a slight language barrier, he translated through his phone and into the car speakers, a few pieces of local architecture, culture and city travel advice. Overall, a comfortable and memorable transfer to Istanbul. Thanks!

Driver was 15min early to hotel which was awesome! He did not talk much but who wants to at 4:45AM?!

The communication was excellent. I had difficulty booking the transfer online because it showed only hotel pick up options. My Viator chat mate booked my air B&B address in Special Instructions. I paid for the trip and almost immediatly was contacted by Ali who messaged me on What’s App and confirmed that they would do a pick up at the apartment. They sent a reminder text the day before and and morning of pick up to confirm time. Ahmed the driver was on time, kind and helpful. I will use this service again.
