Ankomst till flygplatsen: Vi har två mötesplatser för att göra vårt möte enklare och mer effektivt, för Terminal "A" kommer våra representanter att vänta på dig på restaurangen som heter "JEG-LAG" som ligger bara några meter från utgången flygplatsens terminal. För terminal "B" kommer mötesplatsen att vara vid restaurangen "REFUGIO" som ligger bara några steg från utgången. För personer som ska överföras till flygplatsen hämtar vi dem 3 timmar i förväg.

We had a great experience with this private transfer service. Customs took much longer than expected when we arrived, but the company stayed in contact with us throughout the delay and provided updates while we were making our way through the airport. It was reassuring to know they were tracking our arrival and waiting for us. They also proactively scheduled our return transfer to the airport, making our departure just as easy and stress-free. The drivers were professional, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and communication was excellent from start to finish. The reliability and customer service really stood out, and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic.
I used Julio as my personal driver all week. He’s the best. Very professional and made sure me and my friends were safe when we left the resort.
Excellent car service! Julio was our driver both to and from our destination, and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, was easy to find, and we didn’t have to search for him at all. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience stress-free. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend Julio and would gladly use this service again!
If I had six stars, I would put that. Alexander the Great went above and beyond! We ended up getting the wrong luggage at the airport and I called Alex and he came right back to the hotel and picked us up. Not only did he bring us back to the airport but got out of his car to show us where the United office was where they would have our luggage. He then waited for us to get the right luggage and brought us back to the resort. He honestly made what could have been a multi-day mishap for us only turn into an extra hour in the car, super grateful we had him as our driver. If we had a family BBQ he would be the first person we’d invite to put it in perspective.
Julio is by far the most professional concierge service provider in the Punta Cana area. He is punctual, professional, respectful, and provides amazing insight and services when visiting Dominican Republic. There is no one else I would want to help with transportation or anything else for that matter.

Is best to reserve transportation as early as possible before arriving Punta Cana The airport is extremely busy there and if you wait to secure transportation after arrival you can expect a long wait
