After being scammed by someone i thought I could trust, i found Punta Cana Airport Transfer. They responded quickly to my request. The process was very easy to book my transfers. The price was very reasoable. We used Punta Cana Aiport transfer for several trips during our stay including chartering a boat for snorkeling. They were always on time and was in contact from beginning to end to make sure we were picked up and dropped off. I highly recommend thos service.

Our VIP transfer was excellent. We had Juan as our driver at both ends of our vacation. He was polite and very professional. He was early waiting for us at the airport and at our resort. The vehicle used was clean and comfortable! I would definitely use them on my next trip to the Dominican!

Tours VIP was definitely the way to go! They were on point with pick up at the airport and also back drop off for departure. Always communicated and answered any questions and concerns that we had. We also booked an excursion through them and we had a great time! They arranged everything, all we had to do was get picked up and dropped off. They are a reliable service and would definitely book them again for our next trip. 👍

They sent me a car I paid for a van. I wait an hour for the wrong vehicle then another half an hour for the right one which they took payment on ahead of time. I want a partial refund for that leg of the trip. We are here a short time. I do not want credits towards excretions. They need to make this right and have the right vehicle here for us on the way back. They took the payment in full. I am beyond upset arguing with these people. I would never use this service again.

My husband and I used this company for roundtrip transportation between Punta Cana Airport and Secrets Playa Esmeralda, and overall we had a very positive experience. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. They contacted me immediately after booking, confirmed all trip details, discussed excursion options, provided driver information before each transfer, and sent detailed airport pickup instructions with photos that made finding our driver incredibly easy. I also appreciated that they offered multiple payment options, which made things much easier while traveling in another country. Our arrival driver was friendly, professional, and even stopped at a market for us along the way. The only downside was that the vehicle provided did not match the type of vehicle pictured in the company’s advertisements. We were picked up in a Hyundai Sonata, which was simply too small for two adults, two large suitcases, and our carry-on bags. One suitcase had to ride in the front seat, and I ended up holding one of my bags on my lap for the entire trip to the resort, which was a little over an hour long. Also, something he had to stop for gas on the way. I guess for safety you have to get out the car and being at a gas station that looks sketchy, I was pretty ticked off. I felt there should’ve been a slight discount to my trip because of that. We also purchased a champagne add-on that did not match our expectations based on how it was described during booking. However, when I shared my concerns with management, they immediately apologized and refunded the charge without hesitation. That level of accountability was greatly appreciated. What impressed me most was how they handled feedback. After I explained the vehicle issue, they immediately upgraded our return transportation to a spacious shuttle. The shuttle was comfortable, had free Wi-Fi, and made for a much more enjoyable ride back to the airport. On departure day, our resort delayed us nearly 40 minutes during checkout despite us being ready on time. Initially, I was informed there would be a waiting fee, which was understandable because the delay was not the driver’s fault. However, after I explained the situation, management personally contacted me through WhatsApp, listened to my concerns, and waived the fee entirely. Our return driver was professional, safe, and did everything possible to help us make our flight despite the delay. Unfortunately, we still missed our flight, but the transportation company was not responsible for that outcome. In fact, they went above and beyond to help us navigate a stressful situation. No company is perfect, but great customer service is measured by how problems are handled. In my experience, this company listened, responded quickly, corrected mistakes, and treated us with respect throughout the process. Would I use them again? Absolutely. The next time I book, I’ll simply be more specific about the vehicle size and any special add-ons. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to make things right earned my trust, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other travelers visiting the Dominican Republic.

DO NOT BOOK!!! The picture is misleading…I was not picked up by any cars in the pictures advertised! I was picked up in an old Hyundai with the windshield broken when I was told I would be picked up in a van. It was a very small car. My driver was great but the car not so much. I was overcharged spent $295 for round trip and my driver only received $60 from the company as I was informed he was an Uber driver…I tipped him to make up for him being ripped off by the company. I was told I would have waters in my car there was none my driver stopped at a gas station so I could get water. This was one of the worse experiences I have had. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!! I honestly should be refunded part of my money because it was not up to par nor worth what I paid. I could have just booked an Uber my self and paid less money! I went from the airport to Miches. I advised the disappointment to the company and they were no help. Upon my departure they sent a van which was still not as advertised!!! I will never use this company again!!! AVOID USING THEM GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY OR JUST BOOK WITH THE DRIVERS WAITING AT THE AIRPORT THEY WON’T RIP YOU OFF!!!! I attached a pic of the windshield you can see how small the car was as well DISAPPOINTED AND RIPPED OFF!!!

5/5 experience both ways. The driver was helpful, punctual, and even provided a child car seat, which made the transfer very easy for us. Both the arrival and return journeys were smooth, comfortable, and efficient with no issues at all. Highly reliable service for getting to and from the resort.

Traveling to Playa Esmeralda can feel overwhelming if you don’t know the area, but this company handled everything perfectly. They made us feel completely relaxed from the moment we landed

The seats were perfect, the AC worked great, and the driver made us feel safe during the entire trip. We arrived at the resort relaxed instead of exhausted

Leandro was amazing and very accommodating. I had made an error and only booked one way from the airport and he was generous enough to pick us up to return to the airport after our trip. He was a life saver
