I too was disappointed as the fourth picture does display a white van, albeit a 2025, sandwiched between the luxury SUVs. I paid $200 round-trip (20-25 muns each way) in a granddaddy van. No Suburban, No Cadillac, No Explorer, No Expedition...yeah I got hot. Plus you have to asked for the water and alcohol. Nice driver.

Flexibility and Courtesy: Although our terms and conditions stipulate that shopping stops incur an extra charge and must be scheduled in advance (and not 10 minutes before, as happened), our team decided to offer you this complimentary shopping stop to assist you on your journey. Great experience! Christobal was waiting for us and so kind and made the start of our vacation week very fun!!
The driver was friendly however this was not as advertised. We got picked up in a 10 passages van, not a private SUV/ car. No alcohol was offered even though it specifically says it would be available. We got a warm bottled of water. Disappointed

My biggest thank you goes to the call before you even arrive to make sure when you arrive in Mexico to go straight outside to umbrella 10 and they have your name displayed with the driver. Guillermo was awesome. He was waiting for us when we walked out of the airport. The suburban was top notch and he had ice cold water (and beer!) waiting for us. Booking the round trip was super easy too. Very responsive company.
