Cabo ATV Tour: Öken-, strandritt och tequilaprovning

They probably wouldn't want to have Humberto as their guide. He was so worried about getting back that he threw safety out the window. It was all about going fast for him. We weren't in a private group where supposedly you can go faster. Our group was mostly new and some had a little experience. I was behind him and he did say to stay about 6 ATV's away from the ATV in front of you. He kept waving his arm i guess saying to catch up. Then he stopped me and said I was holding everyone up who wanted to go fast. My husband was on the 3rd ATV and said some of the others weren't keeping up. So he finally made me get off my ATV and ride with my husband and put us at the back of the line. That was very embarrassing for me. I needed to go a speed where I felt comfortable without getting hurt. On the way back 2 girls who were sharing a ATV swapped who was driving and right behind Humberto and they were falling behind. Humberto never waved his arm once for them to speed up. Humberto took what could have been a fun excursion and ruined it. I guess we just got the wrong guide. If you want to go ATV riding while in Cabo I'd find another company.

Ricky and his partner were great! We enjoyed every second of the atv ride! They show great energy and customer service.

It was fun but way too much money. A lot of hidden costs they don’t mention. Definitely don’t purchase the insurance(not necessary) also an xtra 150 for a personal tour.

Alberto and Ricardo were our guides. It was an amazing experience! We plan to come back for the private tour up in the hills. They were really knowledgeable and they made sure everyone was safe and had fun.

The ATV tour was the best part of our trip. The tour guides both were amazing and provided an amazing experience.

I would not recommend this tour. There was a lot of unnecessary waiting. After arriving, it took over an hour just to get everyone checked in and ready to go. The process felt disorganized from the start. The extra fees were also excessive. There is a $25 park entrance fee, and if you don’t pay in cash, they add an additional 16% processing fee. I’m also not sure what the park entrance fee was for, since the tour consisted of riding along the beach. They also charge extra for insurance. I declined it, so they asked to keep my credit card on file for liability purposes. At the end of the tour, they forgot to return my card. I didn’t realize it until I was already on the shuttle back to my hotel. If holding guests’ credit cards is part of their protocol, they need a reliable system to ensure they’re returned. Forgetting something as important as a customer’s credit card is unacceptable and reflects a lack of organization. The ATV ride itself was fun, but the 80 minutes of riding didn’t make up for all the waiting and inefficiency. The tequila tasting at the end felt like an afterthought. It was brief, rushed, and not well organized. By that point, I was just ready to leave. To top it off, the shuttle driver asked me for a tip as we arrived at my hotel. When he realized I didn’t have cash to tip him, he slammed the car door shut, visibly irritated, and drove away. It left a disappointing final impression. Overall, while the ATV ride was enjoyable, the poor organization, unexpected fees, mishandling of my credit card, and unprofessional service made the experience not worth the cost.

It was so fun! Come prepared with sunblock, bandana, and glasses and lots of water!! Also, $25 beach fee per person not included. Great ride with Alberto and Jose!!

Great experience and fun. Alberto and José were awesome. Very informative, funny and made sure we were safe. Just make sure to bring your own bottle water as it was extremely hot.
