I recently had the pleasure of using a car service for our family trip, and overall, it was a great experience! While the initial communication was a bit shaky, I was pleasantly surprised by how everything came together in the end. The day before our travel, I received clear and timely updates, which really put my mind at ease. The car itself was fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It even came with the car seat we needed for our 4-year-old, which was a huge plus and made our journey much more comfortable. When it was time for pickup, our driver was right on time and waiting for us with a friendly smile. He was not only professional but also very nice, making the ride enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this car service! Despite the initial hiccup, their commitment to excellent service shone through, and I would definitely use them again in the future. The transport was wonderfu. It was quick, no waiting and went right to the hotel. If you are short on time or want something private and fast, spend the extra $40 on the private transport. Our driver was great.

2 beautiful Cadillac Escalades showed up to pick up our party of five. Very professional, our party split up and I took my kids alone. I never once felt unsafe. I will 100% book them again!

Setting up our private transfer from the airport to our Resort was very easy. There was clear communication throughout the transfer and our driver was very friendly and courteous. The van was new and clean. I would highly recommend using this service and if we travel back to Punta Cana I will certainly hire this transportation service again.

Beyond happy with the service they provided. We traveled as a family of 9, and they were extremely accommodating. Very friendly, and helped us with all of the ins and outs at the airport. Our driver gave us suggestions on things to see and great restaurants to eat at, and even explained some of the history of the island to us. I never had to wait to hear from them- they always responded immediately after sending my question. Communication is very important to me, and they exceeded my expectations. They were, in my opinion, top-notch!!
