The entire trip we haven’t had transportation worth a positive review, until now. This trip was fantastic. Our tour assistant, Francesca was beyond amazing. She took ours to the VAT, to the ticket counter and assisted the entire way. She was the best experience we’ve had in the 12 days on our trips on Venice, Greece and Croatia.
Wonderful transfer experience. Company was in constant contact , communicating information in timely manner. Beatrice met us at hotel and assisted us via water taxi to airport terminal. She was absolutely fabulous. Would highly recommend this tour operator. Excellent customer service.
Laura was so helpful in getting us into the water taxi and then taking the time to walk us through the airport and explain every step of the way. Before our pick up, she was great with communication. Fabulous experience. Jack and Deanna
Transfer from our hotel to airport was punctual and efficient. I had direct contact with operator via text to confirm all dates/times/flight changes. We booked transfer to and from hotel through Viator. The reason for only three stars is value. I booked this because I wanted a private transfer to and from our hotel, but this experience also includes a guide. While helpful on our arrival, it seemed excessive and almost awkward on the return considering our guide was on her phone the whole time. I recommend booking this experience going to your hotel, but save yourself some money and book a private water taxi on your return.
