Car service was quick and easy. Accommodated our numerous time changes. Van was clean but dont be confused if the pick up looks like an ordinary taxi.

The driver was supposed to wait for 30 minutes. He left at 9:23 and we came out at 9:25. I messaged him nd it showed double check marks. I called him numerous times. Finally he answered and said he was coming back for us. Very stressful start to our morning to fly out.

We’d like to clarify that your scheduled pickup time was 9:00 AM, and our driver was at the port on time and waited until 9:23 AM. Due to port authority regulations and the maximum legally allowed parking time, the driver had to temporarily leave the area. When you came out around 9:30 AM and contacted him, he returned as soon as possible to complete the pickup. We understand how important a smooth and timely transfer is, especially when traveling to the airport, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
