what a great company to work with. We schedule our complete transportation needs with this company spanning 5 days the communicated daily and where on time each segment. In Barcelona cabs are plentiful for 3 or four but not many 5 or six passengers. cant say enough about this group

The driver was on time , friendly and helped with our bags. Car was large enough for all of us 7 people and our 8 luggage

Great overall experience. Driver was courteous and professional, and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. Bottle water was provided by the driver, which was a nice and appreciated touch. The only reason for not providing 5 stars is because the driver was not waiting for us when we exited the customs area, creating some anxiety. Thankfully, he showed up a few minutes later and the rest of the experience was great.
We had an excellence experience with J & G Elegance Cars. The communication was outstanding. Our driver was professional and waiting for us when we arrived. The car was immaculate! Excellent customer service. Even though our flight was early - Angel was reachable by phone and arrived almost immediately. Large Mercedes Benz minivan was spotless, comfortable and accommodated all our luggage.
Driver was prompt and courteous and car very nice. Wasn’t find the driver. Flawless experience for us.
