Fraz Tahseen of Indus Pick Up was prompt to respond to my questions and request. On the day of our pick up, his driver called to inform us that he was 2 to 3 minutes away from our hotel, so we had ample time to gather our luggage and waited for him to arrive. The driver was polite and knew exactly what terminal we were going to be. If you need a private transfer from your hotel to the port or airport, I would not hesitate to recommend Indus Pick Up.

The driver was courteous and on time. Although it was pouring rain, the driver was careful and we arrived at our destination within a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend booking transfers with Viator!

I ordered a private car and they sent a taxi. The meter showed 21 euros and I was charged more than 65 through Viator! Unacceptable!

They arrived on time, however the driving was very erratic! He was driving so fast my friends and I were a little scared to be honest. And we weren’t in a rush so I’m not sure what the issue was. The luggage was sliding around in the back from the sharp turns. Just not a great experience.

Our driver was prompt and helpful. He got all five of us and all of our luggage to the port on time. The van had plenty of room, and was clean. Good experience.

The driver from Indus Pickups Barcelona was prompt, courteous and efficient even more important than that, one of our family members cell phone fell out of his pocket in the van. The driver went to great lengths to find us and waited outside the cruise terminal until we came out and got it! That was an extremely kind gesture and this service was tremendous! Use this service. They are honest, trust worthy!!!!
