Cusco, även stavat Cuzco, är en stad i sydöstra Peru, känd som Perus historiska huvudstad och tidigare huvudstad i Inkariket. Från Plaza de Armas promenerar du med din Guide till Koricancha (Qorikancha), Inkarikets viktigaste tempel. Här kommer du att se den perfekta Inka stenarbeten och lära dig hur denna heliga plats användes för ceremonier, astronomi och dyrkan av solen.
Därefter kommer du att köra i ditt privata fordon upp till Sacsayhuaman, en av de mest imponerande Inka platser ovanför Cusco. Denna enorma fästning är känd för sina enorma stenmurar, byggda med perfekt anpassade block, vissa väger mer än 100 ton. Därefter stannar du vid Cristo Blanco, den vita Kristusstatyn som står på en kulle ovanför Cusco. Från denna utsiktspunkt får du en fantastisk panoramautsikt över hela staden, med sina röda tak, torg och omgivande berg. Det är en perfekt plats att ta bilder, njuta av den friska luften och se hur Cusco sträcker sig över dalen – särskilt vackert på sen eftermiddag när stadens ljus börjar tändas.

A perfect way to spend your first day in Cusco, and to understand the ways and culture of the Inka. Our guide, Roger Calsin, was of exceptional value. Rosmel was the reason we chose Trexperience. His diligence and prompt reply to my inquiries made me feel confident to book with the company. On the day of our arrival, our transfer to the hotel did not arrive on time. I texted him about the problem and he replied and assisted even though it was his day off. We booked a Private tour for 6d5n. Our guide - Rene was very instrumental in making our trip memorable. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he also cares about our well being. Constantly checking if we are breathing properly during our several hikes . Checking our O2 level and pulse rate and providing condor pee to inhale when needed. Had an excellent experience with the private guided tour from TreXperience. Freddy was our guide and made the visit to a sacred valley and sites around Cusco most memorable. He charted out the best sites to visit given the limited time we had - one day tour for sacred valley and half day for Cusco.
