Vår halvdag börjar vid Pico Dos Barcelos synvinkel, en mycket fin utsikt över alla Funchal, där vi kan se olika platser i staden och ha en fantastisk syn på underbara bilder. Fortsätt går vi i riktning mot en av de största turistattraktionerna på Madeira, Eira do Serrado i en höjd av 1053m, där vi kan njuta av den magnifika utsikten över Nuns Valley, som en gång var en tillflykt för nonnen av klostret Santa Clara under invasionen av franska privatpersoner till ön. A wonderful afternoon of amazing scenery and plenty of information provided by our driver Marco who provided a very informative commentary throughout our trip. He was very flexible and met our need to take things slowly. Private tours mean you can see much more and move at your own pace.

We made a great tour in Funchal. Our guide Duarte took us through the island on a wonderful tour, with stops at points with spectacular views, a lot of history about these places and culture, in addition to presenting us with the local flavors; fruit and wooden wines, crowning all this with his sympathy and cordiality, a true and passionate Madeiranese.
