Turnén börjar med hämtning från ditt boende i antingen Funchal eller Caniço. Efter upphämtningen går du mot en av Madeiras mest kända ikoner, Kung Kristusstatyn, den första statyn i sitt slag i världen. Besök sedan Camacha, en församling med smeknamnet "The Land of the Wicker", och förundras över de fascinerande möblerna och korgarna gjorda av rotting med traditionella tekniker. Fortsätt till Pico do Areeiro bredvid för att beundra den hisnande utsikten över Madeirabergen. Ta dig tid att uppskatta detta fantastiska landskap och ta några bilder till ditt semesteralbum. Gå sedan ner till Ribeiro Frio och titta på fiskarna som odlar öring, eller välj att ta en vandringstur i öns berömda Levadas. Res sedan till några av östra Madeiras mest värdefulla utsiktspunkter, São Roque do Faial och Portela, och besök sedan staden Machico, den första platsen som upptäcktes av portugiserna, och vi avslutar på Madeiras mest östliga punkt, halvön Sao Lourenço.

Statyn byggdes 1927 och invigdes den 30 oktober 1927. Finansierad av den lokala advokaten Aires de Ornelas och hans fru, skapad av de franska konstnärerna Georges Serraz och Pierre Charles Lenoir. Statyn färdigställdes fyra år innan Kristus förlossarens staty i Brasilien.
Utsiktspunktet Pico do Areeiro ligger vid den näst högsta punkten på ön Madeira, 1 818 meter över havet. Från denna synvinkel finns det en utmärkt panoramautsikt över de centrala bergen på ön Madeira.

Great trip! We had a very informative tour with Marco. He picked up us from our hotel and took us by car to the agreed points and a few more. Marco was very friendly and polite, we would use this company again if we are back in Madeira.
We took several excursions during our stay, but only one with this company. It was the best one of all of them! Richard was a great guide. He was knowledgeable about the island and also gave us great recommendations for local spots to eat. We were traveling with 2 kids - 9 and 7. Richard was extremely patient with them and included them in conversation. My only complaint is that we didn't use them for all of our excursions!

I visited the highest peak od madeira. Pico areeiro was amazing, i enjoyed the views,walk around a bit,as this company allows you to takie your time on all locations. The Ribeiro frio is beautiful with the rainforest. Albo Hood service overrall.
We saw the beautiful Jesus statuę, the first in the world, which i didnt know. The mountain rangę of the island are scary but breathtsking. I would Rrcommend a lot to visit madeira with this Company, they are very profesjonalnie.
