Dear James, and Dear Potential Guests, please read my reply below to be enlightened. It is a bit long, but truthful, so it may sound a bit harsh unfortunately. I do not want to be offensive, but I find the review very shallow and wrong, so it must be corrected. In a bazaar with 4.000 stores, with more than thousands of different products and services, we have been working so hard every day, for every single guest to make sure we curate their experience in the most private, personalized and detailed way with the best expertise. And this whole effort, the very hard work of me and my team is being ruined and looked down on by this review in a really unfair way. James bought a rug and with the bargain of Karya he saved hundreds of pounds there, he bought silver and again with the bargaining skills of Karya, he saved a great amount too, but as you realize he is not even talking about these places, where there is a definite bargain margin because the products are more expensive than random souvenirs. In these places he does not mention, Karya interfered and made sure he is getting the best prices. And mind you, these are unique shops that we take our guests to for over 4 years, which you can not find easily on a main street. These are real treasures that we provide for our guests only. He is talking about only souvenirs and a very cheap coffee set, and again to remind you he has shopped from only one souvenir shop, where the prices are mostly local, but the sellers always give an extra discount just because it is our guests. If he would look at any other souvenir shops by himself, and I believe if he is seeing our hard work pretty easy, so he could do that in a bazaar with more than 4.000 stores, then he would see he got it for the best price possible. Our experience is not promising to kill the prices, rip off the sellers and get everything from them cheaper than it is supposed to be, we only ensure that you will not be overcharged, you will pay a normal amount, you will not be scammed, if there is a margin for bargaining, we will be giving you the best support that will minimize the price, and it will be a price that you can not get if you happen to find that store alone. BUT, please be merciful James, when it comes to a very cheap coffee set, how cheaper do you want to get it? For 10 USD? Is it really fair to expect from us to push them for cheaper when realistically it can not be that low. After this review I went to talk to the store, and learned about the original price and for how much they made the sale to you, to make sure before I reply. Turns out, they have given you around 20% discount by default, from the original prices and this is mostly the margin on our tours. If you are expecting a "fake" 70% off, you must come to the bazaar alone. I am saying fake because thats the fact. If you come here alone and find some bad random stores, to trick your mind they will give you unreasonable huge discounts just to sell you. We do not do that. All the stores we personally know already gives a reasonable price in the first ask, and again after we push more, like in the rug store or the silver store, they go to their lowest limits just so we get good reviews and be able to go back to them again. So yes, I am sorry if the sellers did not overcharge you and give you a 70% off "fake" deal. Next time if you go alone, I am sure you can find such stores by yourself, just not with us. I also asked the sellers to see if they told you about not washing them in the machine, as these pieces are hand painted, the dye comes off in such cases, and I learned that they and both Karya informed you to not wash them in the dishwasher. So they told me, if you want a new piece, for free of charge, they will ship you a new set, even if it could be your mistake to wash it in the machine. But for everyone's sake, and for you to know, I am taking your feedback and I will make sure that in the upcoming tours, this issue will be covered and communicated clearly just in case. I am truly sorry if it disappointed you, yet I still believe this problem which you could solve easily by messaging us, does not really make a one star review fair. Update: The Guest has been fully refunded for the coffee sets just because the store wanted to make sure about the after care quality. He also got a new coffee set from scratch even though we were not provided a picture about the damage from his side.
