Burak was a great guide that took us to out of the way attractions that weren’t on the group tour. He took us to great eating places to test the local cuisine. We got to see the real Istanbul by walking local neighborhoods on both the European and Asian sides of the city. Better tour in one day than 2 days on the group tour. Highly recommend the private tour!

Hands down the best decision my mate and I made with booking a private tour guide in Istanbul. We were VERY lucky to have Ekrem as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and gave us all the local insight into the city. My mate and I gave him a list of places to explore and he created an itinerary that ensured we explored all the places on the list whilst enjoying a long day worth of walking and catching transport. Did I also mention the mouth watering lunch we had thanks to his recommendation. Samsun pide in Kadıköy is a must. The tour guide Selcen was great so we enjoyed the tour. The tour company, not so much. After the tour they said we didn't show up and that they had to cancel. Apparently they scheduled 2 hosts for us, the one we went with and another that said we didn't show up. Our tour guide Selcen was wonderful and I can't say enuf wonderful things about her but I can't recommend this tour as the tour company apparently can't keep their tours straight.

My tour with Tugba was great. It was fun exploring Istanbul like a local. We took the tram to go around and walked a lot. The sights, the sound, the smell were all very authentic- unscripted. If you like immersing yourself in the local culture this tour is a good way to start. With very flexible itineraries and informative guide you can be sure you’ll find this tour interesting. An excellent tour package . The guide was very good very knowledgeable about the city and street. Great temperament and very friendly. Will adjust according to your needs but still will be able to make a great tour. Ask for Akram if you do this tour!!
