Att köra från Muscat till Wadi Hawr tar ungefär 2 timmar och 30 minuter.
Wadi Hawr i Oman är en fantastisk dal känd för sin vackra skönhet och äventyrliga stigar. Här finns steniga landskap, pooler med klart vatten och frodig grönska, vilket gör det till en utmärkt plats för vandring, bad och naturupplevelser. Wadi erbjuder en fridfull flykt ut i Omans orörda vildmark.
Efter att ha utforskat Wadi Hawr fortsätter vi vår resa till den fantastiska Wahiba Sands Desert. Där besöker du ett traditionellt beduinhus där du kan koppla av i det autentiska beduintältet och njuta av arabiskt kaffe och färska dadlar. Du får också möjlighet att uppleva en kort kamelritt och beundra de hisnande gyllene sanddynerna som omger området. Om du väljer att rida kamelen kan avgiften betalas direkt till kamelens Ägare. Kostnaden är cirka 3 OMR per person för en 7-10 minuters resa.
Efter en heldag på upptäcktsfärd i Wadi Hawr och Wahiba Sands-öknen ger vi oss ut på en bilresa tillbaka till Muscat, som tar cirka 2 timmar.

Our day trip from Muscat to Wahiba Sands Desert and Wadi Hawr was absolutely incredible! The 4WD vehicle was super comfortable, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. Our tour guide Mr. Ahmed was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip extra special with his stories and insights. The desert and Wadi Hawr were breathtaking I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Oman!

It was a great day. The golden dunes of Wahiba Sands are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed a peaceful camel ride and learned so much during our visit to the Bedouin house. A deep dive into Oman’s heritage I was truly impressed by how well-preserved and authentic these places are. Al Hamra's centuries-old homes and the hospitality at Bait Al Safah gave me a real glimpse of traditional Omani life. Misfah Al Arbiyeen felt magical with its terraced gardens and ancient water channels still in use today. Al Hoota Cave added an educational twist our guide explained the geology in detail, and the small museum was also worth a visit. A fantastic day for anyone who appreciates culture, history, and natural beauty combined.

We had a full-day trip from The Chedi Muscat Hotel, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. Our guide, Mr. Mohammed, was excellent knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about sharing Omani culture and history. Wadi Bani Khalid was a highlight with its stunning natural beauty. We swam in the crystal-clear waters and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Afterward, we drove to the beautiful Wahiba Sands desert, where we visited a Bedouin house. The Bedouin hosts were welcoming, and we saw how they make handmade souvenirs for visitors. We also had the chance to enjoy a camel ride, which added to the unique experience. Everything was perfectly organized, and we returned to Muscat with wonderful memories of an amazing day.

Wadi Al Arbeieen is truly one of the most beautiful hidden spots in Oman. The natural scenery is absolutely breathtaking—crystal-clear pools, rocky cliffs, and lush surroundings.
