The driver was very friendly. Easy to find outside of the airport- he had a sign with our name on it.
Absolutely the BEST! Sensational service with smile and professionalism. We do not use anyone else because you get more then what you paid for - safety, security, responsive, punctuality, friendliness, beautifully clean vehicles. You can count on them which we do!!!
Pedro picked us up at the resort on time, however, he did not offer any drinks (not even water) during the drive from the resort to the airport.

As worried as we were booking transportation online, pre-paying, everything turned out perfect. When we landed I got a text from the driver for what umbrella number to go to (there’s about 15). He had a sign with our name on it. There was a cooler with beer and water as promised, although could’ve been better beer. 2 days before we checked out, I received a text from the same number confirming the date and time for pick-up at the hotel. We went to check out and arrived about 10 minutes early and the driver was there waiting already. Smooth ride to the airport.

Experience was excellent. Driver was waiting for us when we left customs at the designated location. Vehicle was very clean & comfortable. Driver gave good recommendations.
Needed a ride at the last minute. After a hurricane in Cabo my ride was unable to pick me up. I had already left my home when I needed to find a ride. Everything I looked at wanted 24hr notice. I thought this was a bit pricey but the driver was waiting with a sign with my name on it. I arrived at my resort without any problems. The driver was very nice and professional.
Picatransfers is my go to transportation company for trips to Cabo. Always friendly, clean, and on time. I highly recommend this company to anyone going to Cabo or needing transport around the Cabo area.
The driver was not at the airport. A driver from another company contacted the driver to come and get us. Viator's driver was not informed we were coming. The driver was great but things could have been arranged much better.
