Vår transporttjänst från Venedig till Trieste är alltid privat, även om ni bara är 1 eller 2 personer, eller en stor grupp. Vi kommer att tillhandahålla en sedan, en MPV eller en skåpbil, beroende på hur många personer som reser. Enheten kommer att köras av en lokal engelsktalande förare, som kommer att kunna svara på dina frågor och ge några rekommendationer om vad man ska göra och vad man ska se längs vägen. Och vi är öppna för att hämta dig var du än behöver i Venedig när som helst.

Being left in a group of 8 people in Miconos The guide didn’t wait for our tender. The other guides from your company didn’t know who was supposed to lead us and you didn’t answer any of the phone numbers you sent us.

The company contacted us the day before and delayed our pick up by one hour. Though it wasn't what we requested we rolled with it and accepted the later pick up time. But the driver was in an accident and was delayed another 45 minutes. The driver was great though and we still made it to the port - just quite a bit later than we had planned.

Finding a van for 8 people in Italy during peak season is not an easy task, and we always strive to do our best under such circumstances. Unfortunately, the phone number provided didn’t work, which made communication more difficult. We understand that this wasn’t the ideal situation, but accidents do happen, and while we cannot control them, we always do our utmost to ensure our customers still get to their destination safely.
